Staff very good. Grounds running down, torn flags, fence in need of repair and attention needed to flower gardens and boxes.

Facilities in poor condition.

Site was clean. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying. The full hook-ups are great and the location between Hinton and Jasper is very handy. With Covid, swimming wouldn't have been an option, however, to make your location more of a destination and not just a launching campground, you folks should really consider putting in an in-ground pool with a hot tub!

Was better than expected. It’s pretty crammed in there but we luckily had nobody on either side of us when we stayed. Nice area, clean bathrooms. Some trees in the K area and Tent area would go a long way.

Wonderful! A special thanks to Ed for all his help. Exceptional customer service!

This was our first stay at a KOA and it was at a bad time of year. We will have to try it again later in the season with no COVID restrictions.

We booked 3 nights on line for our stay. the day before we arrived we rec'd a email that the water is getting turned off. We should have been told this when we booked. We decided to stay an extra night and we were charged a higher rate than our first 3 nights. Not impressed. Will not be back. Thanks

We always stay here when we go to Jasper. Spacious sites. Clean & friendly staff. Beautiful view of the mountains

Only stayed one night. Good service but a bit expensive.

Stay was nice ,check in was easy, only concern was no water at site but understand that have to shut in before freeze up. Wish was told this before booking site.

Travelling stop over, grounds nicely laid out, clean, level, welcoming!

park was clean - bathrooms very clean but the site was a bit short. Water was a yellow color so did not feel comfortable to drink it - uncertain if this is a regular problem. Felt it was pretty expensive as there were not a lot of amenities.

Campground was extremely neat and tidy. Friendly staff. But very very windy. Trees need to be planted around each campsite as a windbreak and for some privacy

it was a great stay. the view was great service was real good.

Our campsite was across from the sewage tank distribution area for the whole KOA, it was very unsightly with no proper fence around it. The Wi-Fi is almost non functional, the hook-up for the electrical box wasn't anchored on the post, it looked very sloppy and dangerous. This KOA could definitely use some maintenance. I have stayed at privately owned RV camping sites that are much cleaner.

Wifi did not work, you advertise you have it, charge like it works and then it does not. Not impressed.
Sep 22, 2020
You advertise internet but it's terrible. Normally it is terrible when people want to use it and good when nobody wants to use it. Yours is terrible all the time. Why not buy a good system. The price for your sites are maximum. At least give good internet.

Only complaint was the power is a little strange as my transfer switch hummed when plugged in.

Pros: very clean, friendly staff, good facilities, very little traffic noise Cons: campfires not allowed (except for the group bonfire), few trees, sites close together We very much enjoyed our stay and will visit again. We do understand that the KOA "System" doesn't allow for a backwoods "Feel" and is a trade-off and can't be compared with camping in a National Park, but we missed the space.

Just a quick overnight. Didn’t experience much as it was darn cold outside!

Our stay was fantastic and the staff were superb.. an awesome bunch of people.. the bathroom was spotless which was great. The only thing is you have road or workers staying please put them in the front as they get up early to work .. and disturb sleep to the campers.. one thing you have too many pot holes.. these need to be fixed..

We had a deluxe spot, not worth the extra money because the patio had weeds growing so high between the patio blocks, you could trip on them. The blocks were cracked and the BBQ was too dirty to use. The deluxe spots were no bigger. The table set was nice. A pull thru grassy spot would have been better. Other wise the staff was excellent and the campground was nice. Just needs some trees!

Was good. Kids playing at the park at 730am kinda sucked and being right beside the communal fire pit wasn’t ideal as well. Sites are small once your neighbour puts out there slides. All in all decent stay.

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
