Homer Spit for the day

Homer Spit for the day

The Homer Spit can be a day of fun.  The water excursions, such as tours and fishing, take off from the Homer Harbor.
You can walk or bike ride the Homer Spit Trail.
The Fishing Hole is a fun place when the fish are in, not only to catch but to watch the "bite".
There are multiple shops and places to eat.
Walk the harbor docks, and in the afternoon, watch the catch of the day come in.
Great place to take pictures, watch birds and sea life, and the ever changing scenery that changes with the tide and the weather.
The Homer Trolley circles around and back to town on the hour.

Beryl Air Float Plane Tours & Bear Viewing

Beryl Air Float Plane Tours & Bear Viewing

Beryl Air is named after Beryl Markham, the first Aviatrix to cross the Atlantic from East to West, against the prevailing winds. In her spirit for Challenge and Adventure, we continue to fly small airplanes in undeveloped places. We provide transport to beautiful and remote parts of Alaska. Whether flying fisherman, visiting bears, hauling supplies, or being a part of an amazing holiday, we love getting to know people's stories about the Alaskan Bush and being a part of them. Our office and docks are located on the shores of Beluga Lake at the Homer Seaplane Base. We operate two Cessna 206 Float planes and each is held to the highest maintenance standards.

Bear watching tours by boat

Bear watching tours by boat

We now offer exciting bear viewing tours to Lake Clark National Park. We travel by boat on a scenic route across Cook Inlet viewing wildlife and whales and arrive on shore at the park. More affordable than by airplane, and you see more marine life such as whales, seals and sea lions. Boating to the National Park is sometimes easier under certain conditions that don't allow a airplane to go the National Parks.
