Too noisy with employee carts driving around all day. Group of side by sides were allowed to stay there seemingly without restrictions of driving thru grounds with their noisy machines at all hours. Did not get the R&R we desperately needed.

Dark and quiet at night.That is the main requirement when we stop at a campground.All of the facility's we clean and well maintained.Very good breakfast offered in the morning at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this KOA park.

Entrance off of roadway was a bit steep. Could use a little more sineage for directions. A nice park with good wi-fi. Decent tv cable too. A well stocked camp store.

Nice, well kept park and staff are friendly but the park is not big rig friendly. Tight turns into awkward spaces. Class A got stuck on the only way out for us and he had to get a tow truck. We had to back out.

We enjoyed our patio spot! Only complaint would be the wifi was pretty weak. No other complaints! Had a great time :)

It’s a nice place staff was friendly they had really bad internet though. We were taken to the wrong spot but the manager was there to help with the situation he was a great help

We stayed here for the Arkansas Derby and found it excellent. They have built a new, much nicer dog park which we like. They provide shuttle service to the track for no charge and to downtown for $5 a person round trip. We did have an issue with our RV which required a mobile service tech and they recommended one who was fantastic. Knowledgeable, quick, reasonable price. Quite pleased!

Susan was a great associate to work with to set up a trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas. We had 22 people in our trip party and we had cabins 1 cabins 3-7. The bathrooms were very clean, as were the cabins. There are a few nails sticking through the roof that someone can hit their head on if sleeping on the top bunkbed. Otherwise it was a great stay and we had a lot of fun and made amazing memories!

We really liked the campground and it's features! The signs + lights on each site, free mini golf, + tent site was really nice! The one thing that would hinder me from going back was all the non KOA campers using the public restrooms. The bathrooms had a passcode, but I think outsiders knew it. This resulted in some weird, and potentially unsafe interactions. The bathrooms were kept clean though!

Site was not level - had to jack up about 10 inches. Clean sites, clean dog run, thank you for turning off the site lights come quiet time. Very friendly staff. Backing into the spot was rather difficult, there was a bit of a drop and tight.

We were only there for one night. It is a great location. Easy to get to the parks and other attractions easily. Staff was helpful and courteous. The only negative aspects were because we were in a tent and not an RV. That the parking way lights stay on all night and the cabin generator/air conditioner nearby were very loud. If we had been in an RV or cabin those would not have been noticable.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The grounds are well kept and the bathrooms are clean. Our tent sites were raised gravel and had a picnic table, fire pit, trash bin, and electric. Staff emptied our trash bins every morning. If you choose to take the path less traveled, there are neat dirt trails that run through the camp ground. We enjoyed this feature! Would most definitely stay again

It was a short stay and didn't use many of the facilities. It was close to the national Park and the historic Bath house row.

Great place! Grounds are very well kept with plenty of room at each site. Trash bins located for easy use, no long walk carrying your trash. Friendly and helpful people working there. Easy access.

Not bad location. The road into the park is steep and you can see many rigs have scraped the road. Site was pretty flat, but did require a couple blocks. Otherwise all was up to KOA standards.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
