We really liked the campground and it's features! The signs + lights on each site, free mini golf, + tent site was really nice! The one thing that would hinder me from going back was all the non KOA campers using the public restrooms. The bathrooms had a passcode, but I think outsiders knew it. This resulted in some weird, and potentially unsafe interactions. The bathrooms were kept clean though!

We were only there for one night. It is a great location. Easy to get to the parks and other attractions easily. Staff was helpful and courteous. The only negative aspects were because we were in a tent and not an RV. That the parking way lights stay on all night and the cabin generator/air conditioner nearby were very loud. If we had been in an RV or cabin those would not have been noticable.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The grounds are well kept and the bathrooms are clean. Our tent sites were raised gravel and had a picnic table, fire pit, trash bin, and electric. Staff emptied our trash bins every morning. If you choose to take the path less traveled, there are neat dirt trails that run through the camp ground. We enjoyed this feature! Would most definitely stay again

We booked last minute, and everyone was SO friendly and helpful! Best KOA staff yet - thank you!!! Location is a short drive to town, bathrooms were clean, tent site was well maintained with water & electric. Just what we needed after a long drive day. Thanks again!

Pretty campsite. Good space between tent sites. Bathhouse was warm and sanitary. Not too far out of town, but removed from the hustle of the main area. Breakfast offered in weekend, but didn’t try

We stayed in a tent and loved it! Bathrooms were always clean and so warm which was so nice to have in freezing temperatures! We lost power after office hours and the groundsmen was there to help us fix the problem within 10 minutes of me calling the manager! He was helpful and very nice! We will be back!

The entire staff was very helpful while I was there. The bathrooms and showers as well as the campground were kept up very well. I felt very safe and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed for two nights of camping in December. We thought your KOA was the nicest we have been to. We'd like to come back when the weather is a little warmer. The washrooms were spotlessly clean. Thank you.

Hot Springs KOA was great! Right off the highway, so you get a little city noise, but there was no light pollution and you could easily see the stars. Clean bathrooms and camping areas, easy and friendly check in, and well kept trails between sites/areas of use. The WiFi worked most of the time from my tent site and the outlets at the site worked well—could have grilled on an electric griddle!

Very clean and well taken care of. The campground was full of campers, which we were not expecting for the time of year. Everyone was very respectful of quite times. The bathrooms were very clean and were in good condition. Staff was helpful and polite. This is the third KOA we have stayed in, and will always consider KOA first.

Campground was loud even after quiet hours. Generator-like noise from RV's and guests in the tenting area were talking loud. Tent sites were red dirt - need to add some fine stone to the tent pads.

We had a great time at the Hot Springs KOA, it was our first time but wont be our last. Jeff that checked us in was a really nice guy, our reservation was a little mixed up and he sorted it out. The camp ground is very clean and nice, its in a great location right next to downtown Hot Springs and the National Park. Lots of fun stuff to do, we had a great time!

Everything was great, I can honestly even say perfect. The showers were clean, the activities for the kids are great. We all enjoyed it. Plus the campground itself is very beautiful & peaceful. We stayed at a tent site & we enjoyed every minute. My kids loved the train ride on the buggy. Definitely coming back.

My tent spot was advertised to be a gravel site, and when I asked about it over the phone (since I never had a tent spot advertised as gravel), the lady said it was the rounded blue pebbles. That is not what our tent spot was, it was driveway gravel, very rough to clear off to be able to sleep comfortably.

We loved it! We are tent campers and were not disappointed whatsoever with the facilities. We didn't mind gravel pads as they were very level and well maintained. A very a hard working staff keeps the grounds in tip top conditions. We will use this KOA again and again

This is our favorite Koa it’s always a pleasure staying here from the time you arrive to the time you leave you always have a great time the staff is so kind and accommodating, the campground is always clean, the owner George and his family are amazing and he cooks an amazing breakfast best koa hands down

Everything was great. Bathrooms were clean. Firewood was a bit wet so we struggled the first night - no problems with the second bundles on the next night. Lots of friendly folks!

We had such a wonderful time! The bathrooms were very clean, the pool was beautiful, and the arcade games worked. PuttPutt was also really fun, but could use a good cleaning. The water features weren't working and had a pretty rough smell, but other than that, it was awesome!

THE POND WATER WAS LOW AND ALL THE AMENITIES WERE AWAY FROM THE TENT SITES. THERE WAS LITTLE SPACING BETWEEN THE TENT AND RV SITES; LEAVING EVERYONE JAMMED TOGETHER. NO RULES ON QUIET HOURS FOR DAY OR NIGHT. AND THE BATHROOMS WERE JUST AT TIGHTLY FIT TOGETHER WHERE YOU COULD NOT ENTER THE FACILITY UNLESS ALL THE STALL DOORS WERE CLOSED.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
