Other than a German Shepard that was completely out of control and wouldn’t stop barking everything was awesome. We enjoyed interactions with staff and well kept sites. We would definitely stay in another KOA

Everything was great, I can honestly even say perfect. The showers were clean, the activities for the kids are great. We all enjoyed it. Plus the campground itself is very beautiful & peaceful. We stayed at a tent site & we enjoyed every minute. My kids loved the train ride on the buggy. Definitely coming back.

Great RV park. Very well run by the staff. Beautiful setting and landscaped. Only negative was a poor to bad WI-FI.

This was a nice park very friendly staff guide you to your spot. The pull through spot was plenty big enough for our 40ft fifthwheel and not to close to your neighborhood. Close to the town of hot springs to visit. Only stayed 1 night but would of like to stay longer but not available.

My tent spot was advertised to be a gravel site, and when I asked about it over the phone (since I never had a tent spot advertised as gravel), the lady said it was the rounded blue pebbles. That is not what our tent spot was, it was driveway gravel, very rough to clear off to be able to sleep comfortably.

Very convenient location, close to Hot Springs. Our space was small, barely enough room to park our trailer and pickup. The campground is beside the freeway with lots of traffic noise. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Ants in cabin. Parking not very good alongside cabins. Sour smell coming from air conditioner.

The hill Into the place is a little hard to navigate and there were several ahead of us at checkin, causing us to block the drive and stop midway to check in at the office. After getting to the site, it was taken by another trailer, causing us to take the only remaining site designed for a shorter trailer. We had to back into a sticker bush in order to get the truck out of the road.

It was a short stay but enjoy it. Wish the bathroom was bigger but very clean and cozy. The staff was friendly we arrived late when the office was close but there was still someone there to help. Very nice people.

We loved it! We are tent campers and were not disappointed whatsoever with the facilities. We didn't mind gravel pads as they were very level and well maintained. A very a hard working staff keeps the grounds in tip top conditions. We will use this KOA again and again

Nice Park on a Hillside. Roomy spaces, that were pretty level. Trails to walk your dogs, large K9 area. Friendly staff

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped us get our rv backed in.

Great location set in the woods, many great amenities such as pool ,store, cafe, laundry, Pet walk, making our stay very enjoyable. We will return.

It was awesome only 6 min. From down town hot springs. Amazing camp grounds and super awesome ppl that work there. We will be coming back there every year or more. If your looking for fast easy get away this is it.

Bathrooms are okay but nothing special. The whole room is wet when one takes a shower. Some spots are pretty close.

This is our favorite Koa it’s always a pleasure staying here from the time you arrive to the time you leave you always have a great time the staff is so kind and accommodating, the campground is always clean, the owner George and his family are amazing and he cooks an amazing breakfast best koa hands down

Very nice Campground--the sites are level and wide with a good layer of gravel. The terracing makes everything feel much more private. Clean facilities, friendly staff. And the best Staff Cats we've met so far. We will definitely be returning when next in the Hot Springs area!

This was a great 1 night stay on our way to Texas! Very comfortable pull thru for our 45’ Motorhome plus tow car! And the staff was so welcoming!! Thank you all!

The floor of our unit, KT9 was dirty. This was not evident until a dribble of coffee hit the floor and I wiped it up with a paper towel. The paper towel was ABSOLUTELY BLACK FILTHY. Very apparent that the floor had not been cleaned in a long time. I assume that ALL units are like this? Go try it for yourself in a few random units . Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

These people are so nice, the camp ground is beautiful. They have a shuttle to take you town and pick you up when you are ready. We stayed 2 days and it was wonderful. Showers were great as well!!! Really can not say enough good things. Thank you KOA

It was a wonderful and peaceful stay. The park is kept up very nicely, clean and staff very accommodating. Located close to town. We stayed in the small cabin. We will stay here again.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
