Sites are too narrow. Guides aren't helpful and do not pay attention to slide-outs when positioning your RV in the site.

The "Pull-thru site" that was provided was not level and too short. Hot Springs has always been very good about taking care of our needs, but this time lacked a lot! We were traveling and just needed a site that was level and not cramped.

Pleased with our stay. The one exception is the spot we had was next to a street in a not so good area. A privacy fence would make the lot more secure.

The staff was friendly. The store was convenient and well stocked. I appreciated the help provided when parking. The bathrooms were clean, as well as the grounds.

The only thing not great was being to close to the 70 highway. Could hear loud traffic all day and night.

We were only here 3 nights, but really enjoyed our stay. Nice wooded in the country feel campground, decent sized sites, clean, and great location to Hot Springs downtown. Did not use the shuttle, but nice perk that the park offers. There is road noise from Rt. 70, but the convenient location to town is an ok trade off for a few days. Highly recommend this KOA. Would definitely stay again.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay. The hills and narrow roads are a little tough but do able.

My recent stay at the Hot Springs National Park KOA was wonderful. The campground is beautiful amongst all the large Oak trees. The sites are a good size and well maintained. Everything was clean. Upon arrival everyone was friendly and quick to check me in. I even had an escort to my site who helped me back in to the site. Which I greatly appreciated! I love that they have a dog park! So much fun!

Nice campground, conveniently located to NP. It’s a big campground, with sites and roadways to the sites appearing very close and tight navigating.

Nice park. The pull thru site we were given did not accommodate our rig. it was too short, leaving my tow in the street so we had to disconnect. Friendly staff.

We stopped in on a cross-country road trip and the check-in process was like being escorted into a five-star resort! There was a woman who jumped into a golf cart for us to follow right to our site. She asked if we had any questions and when she was satisfied that we were all good, she left us to set up. Such friendly staff! There is a breakfast place on site!

Close to Hot Springs, so easy to get there. Nice campground and the people in the office are very friendly. First time in Arkansas and I was surprised with how much I enjoyed my visit. Campground is clean and has all the amenities you expect from a KOA.

The staff was very nice, bathrooms were well kept and the grounds were tidy. One of the best grounds I've been to. I absolutely intend to return here!

Wasn't as close to the Hot Springs as expected but the campground was good. Nice and safe spot with friendly staff. Easy to get into spots and all in all a great place.

We were going to bring our tow but the tow equipment was order wrong. We came hoping we could find a shuttle or Uber. Your shuttle was so appreciative. Every driver was polite and helpful. Jeff, Brian, and Christine(?) we’re very helpful. We loved being escorted to our site. Brian gave great parking help. We will definitely come back and will recommend it to our friends.

Everyone was very friendly and knew what they were doing. They knew how to take my gift card for KOA campgrounds. Very happy with the stay and a very nice campground.

Friendly informative staff. Convenient shuttle service for downtown!! Only negative is campers are not being polite about their Dogs barking nonstop early in AM. one lady walked her 3 small dogs around they braked nonstop she never tried to correct them. 2 daschunds not sure other small breed..

Love the park. My only recommendation to almost all the KOA’s we have been to is to make the dogs parks much bigger. They’re made for little dogs not bigger dogs

The camp and restrooms were really clean. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The shuttle service made it easy to get around.

Hot Springs is one of the most beautiful KOAs that we've ever stayed at! It is very easy to get downtown from the campground.

Very nice park but a word of caution to those with large motorhomes or trailers. The roads are narrow and some spots will challenge your abilities if you have a problem backing up especially. Even some pull throughs take a little skill to pull in.

Had a wonderful site (pond site) people at campground were very helpful and the area is beautiful. Close to downtown and area attractions.

I would have rated it higher but our site was very unlevel which made it difficult to get in and out of the RV even with the additional step we have.

Some sights were very tight Remove some stumps so you could back up your trailer. Cable was very snowy need some work there.A box of clover valley crackers $4.00 :) Bathrooms Laundry were very clean and well kept . The woman taking down the tree brush on straight up inclines needs a raise in her pay. Pool was well kept an excellent. Overall our visit was Great Staff made up for the problems :)

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
