The best stay yet on our trip except after my relaxing day at the bathhouse feeling good and relaxed and we just laid down to relax in the RV, there was a loud bang on our door. Is this an emergency i said and continued knocking, now my husband can hear me easy when outside, no response louder knocking. Hubby got up and it was a extremely intoxicated KOA worker. Crazy never had a knock on our RV!

They were very helpful. The park is very clean and our site was very spacious. This was our second stay this year. Will definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful time! The bathrooms were very clean, the pool was beautiful, and the arcade games worked. PuttPutt was also really fun, but could use a good cleaning. The water features weren't working and had a pretty rough smell, but other than that, it was awesome!

We arrived late and the map left for us did not clearly show where we were to park our rv. We were unable to find the spot so we left snd stayed in the Walmart parking lot in Malvern. I will never book this KOA again.

THE POND WATER WAS LOW AND ALL THE AMENITIES WERE AWAY FROM THE TENT SITES. THERE WAS LITTLE SPACING BETWEEN THE TENT AND RV SITES; LEAVING EVERYONE JAMMED TOGETHER. NO RULES ON QUIET HOURS FOR DAY OR NIGHT. AND THE BATHROOMS WERE JUST AT TIGHTLY FIT TOGETHER WHERE YOU COULD NOT ENTER THE FACILITY UNLESS ALL THE STALL DOORS WERE CLOSED.

Location was great for what we wanted to do; check out the National Park and downtown bath houses and get my National Park book stamped. Our site was level, but like most KOAs, the sites are very close together. Laundromat was good.

We stayed at the pond site, loved it there. The only problem I saw was the path that is right in front of the site. We didn't mind saying hi to everyone walking by, but you should warn people who rent the site you will have people walking in front of you all day and night long.

Everyone was helpful and customer focused. The roads and spaces were too narrow for a class A motorhome. Driving in the park was stressful. The staff, especially Darnell, were very helpful getting us in and out.

the lot I had was the worst non level I have ever had. I don't under stand why a simple skid loader and gravel once a year is so hard to do. also getting kicked out of the pool at 7:00 pm was crazy, I can see 9:00 pm if getting dark. KOAs are hit and miss and usually the last resort for us anyway.

This was a last minute change to our plans due to hurricane Ida ripping through our original destinations. We were very pleased with our stay.

Nice campground. Clean laundry room and machines. Big Dining area for breakfast on weekends. Wish breakfast didn't end at 9:30 - kinda early ending. Loved the convenience of the shuttle into town!

We stayed in the cabins, and they were very nice. The staff were very nice and the pool was great. The areas for RV's or trailers were a little cramped, possibly due to the land layout. The park owners did not seem to waste any usable areas. The dog park area was the nicest we have seen at the KOA's we have been. The park is close to Hot Springs

Friendly employees and clean facilities. They were very helpful in moving my reservation back one day when I was not going to be able to get there at the reserved time easily.

Very friendly and clean. Available short notice when we had to evacuate Hurricane Ida. Lots of activities for the kids and our dogs loved the dog park! Great place to stay and would go back for a vacation.

My family (3 dogs included) evacuated from New Orleans during Hurricane Ida and rented a cabin for 5 nights. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful and kind. The campground was very clean and well-maintained and had a good number of amenities that we were able to take advantage of. We especially enjoyed the off-leash dog park.

The staff is very courteous and was able to answer every question we had about what to do. The park is close to town and the National Park, so visiting those places is easy. Our site was right across from the KOA’s own mini-golf course, which was a blast for us and the kids. Our site also had steady power, good water pressure (about 45-50psi) and easy sewer hook-up.

Nice office people, lovely park. No one is too close with the terracing. We could actually enjoy sitting outside here. We would come back if we're ever in the area agian.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
