We were a bit upset that we paid for a place that was suppose to have wifi, only to realize that the connection would say hooked up but then a split second later if kicked us off. This caused my plan to use up all my data on my plan and get charged for an overage. The men's bathroom had plugged stool problems. KOAs are always a reliable place to stay and well run. My only big issue with this one was the pool and pool area. The pool area need a real good cleaning (power wash) and the water was greenish, full of leaves and somewhat poorly maintained.

A little off the beaten path, but the staff that greeted us and escorted to the site were all very friendly and helpful. Nice spacious and level site.

We had a great stay and will be back if we are in the area. Must say however getting in and out of our site was challenging as they are very tight sites and the stacked landscape timbers don’t allow any extra space to use.

Fabulous RV Park! Great, friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Appreciated the shuttle from the KOA to the National Park! We will be back and recommend Hot Springs KOA to our fellow RV campers!

Very nice KOA. Has pool and I think ?mini-golf?. Very gracious hosts. Very Clean bathrooms for the number of people using them. Very shady for tent campers. Enjoyed my visit.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sites are clean and well maintained. Only about 10 miles from the small town for the Hot Springs. Bathrooms/showers were clean and presentable, but could tell it was little on the older side. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again

We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our stay! Great location close to all the main attractions. Campground/facilities were clean and employees were all friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Park Overall! Clean Shower and Restroom facilities. Our Cabin was clean and the park was very well maintained. Staff was over-the-top friendly and the park had everything you could want or need for your vacation!

All utilities worked perfectly, really appreciated the help backing in the RV. Felt secluded but close enough to town to grab emergency supplies. Free wifi was an unexpected bonus

This was the most run down, decrepit KOA cabin we’ve ever stayed in. The wood is rotting, there’s stuff growing all over the roof, the porch was covered in spiders and webs. They give you a code for the restroom but the women’s doesn’t even lock. I booked a cabin with a double bed and they put us in the one cabin with a Queen so my sheets didn’t fit. Sadly I’ve run out of space and h

Wonderful visit. Will return. Staff super friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to magic springs and downtown very convenient. Pool access was a plus keeping kids busy. Everything I forgot to buy for trip was at the store. A wonderful experience.

This was our first time staying at a KOA. It was wonderful! We rented the cabin with 3 beds and a restroom. The kids loved it! my husband and I were surprised at how clean and well maintained it was. We will be staying at KOA in the future!

The cabins are very close together. The one we stayed in was next to the pool so we heard hours of children screaming MARCO POLO. It probably would have been a much better experience in a motorhome.

Super cute and cozy mini lodge. My kids and I LOVED it. We cooked on the fire pit when the burn ban lifted. The pool was clean and we loved swimming. The KOA is in a great location for the mining sites. It was so peaceful and refreshing. And the staff is super responsive and incredibly nice and flexible when our plans changed to extend our stay. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA! Cleta and Dave were so very friendly and helpful. The camp was clean and is located perfectly for our stay in Hot Springs!
