We stayed in D-5, lots of shade and quite. We we arrived the staff helped us back in our site and they were very friendly the entire week. We saw a couple of large RV's driving the wrong way after closing. Repainting the arrows on the roadway might deter them from doing that.

The staff are tremendous!! I have never had a complaint after several stays. Grounds are clean and quiet. Bathrooms and showers are always clean.

I stayed 1 night, had family members traveling with us. I got an RV spot and 2 cabins. RV spot was very small and close to the next RV spot. 1st cabin with a bathroom was overpriced $120 (1night) and ac not cooling. Second cabin (no bathroom) overpriced at $85 was in very poor condition (broken and uneven flooring, bug infestation, wood rot and ac not cooling. Poorly maintained place. Never again.

Nice clean campground, very quiet. Very accommodating, we called and got same day reservations. Sbowers were not very clean but over all would recommend and use again.

They were so nice. Very clean cabin. Kids enjoyed the pool and mini golf and fishing pond! We used the Laundry area and had no problems at all. Cute cats that hang around too. Close to alot of amazing views and things to do. We explored the area for 3 days!

I rented an RV spot, and 2 cabins. All of them were run down looking, the flooring was broken and uneven, the window air conditioning was not working well. The RV spot was small, very close to next spot (my door was 8 feet away from next spot). I had never stayed at a KOA before and will not again.

Not a flat surface in park. Messed up our hitch when unhooked car on incline. Had to pull into empty pull through to find flat enough to hitch back up. Wifi did not work. False advertising wifi at site. Litter on ground at site when we arrived and not picked up around trash can.

We had a fantastic time in Hot Springs. The KOA is in a great location to visit Hot Springs. The campgrounds are great sites that are spread around the hills. Most are back in sites but they escort you to the campsite and help you backup.

The AC window unit for the small cabin wasn’t big enough to cool the cabin down. When we checked in the temp was around 85 and miserable until around 11 pm when it finally cooled down to 69. Would love to stay here again but would highly recommend upgrading The AC but don’t think we will be doing a small cabin again in the summer time. For what we paid we could have gotten a motel room with

Staff were the best!! Campaign size was wide and very comfortable, they have transportation to take you to places near by and they pick up up as well. Thank you so very much! ��you guys made our stay wonderful experience!

The campground is on a hill, but y’all did an awesome job creating level sites and the gentleman who escorted and parked us in our back in site did a perfect job. Quiet and very clean. Bathrooms clean too with a code to get in. Laundry room clean and pool was refreshing. Many using the fish/duck pond. Would stay here again if in Hot Springs.

Sites are spacious, level and clean. Host & workers are very nice. Shuttle to down town was a bonus and very reasonable.

We had a great time at staying in the park. The cabin we stayed in was perfect. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again when I’m in Hot Springs!!

Great campsite and staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. We were traveling in a 40ft class a with a Jeep Wrangler in tow. We had no problems getting into our large pull through site. Nice well stocked store. Good location to both Hot Springs NP and the off road park

It’s July, the campground is full, it’s 100° and the pool closes at 9pm and 7pm on Sunday. Our ac unit in our cabin barely kept our cabin cool and it was full of mold. I could have stayed at a hotel for WAY cheaper, my kids could have swam past 7pm, our room would have been cold and we wouldn’t have been sweating non stop! Definitely won’t stay at KOA again!!

We had a deluxe cabin.. very quite space, little small for family of 4, but we still loved it.. meet some Jeeper people that was riding the OFFROAD PARK, which is down the road.. nice breakfast on the weekends.. will return !!

Park and rest rooms/ showers were very clean. They were very helpful with making my reservations and anything we needed after arriving. The only complaint I would have would be on the size of the sites. Ours was very small.

Make sure you look at a map. GPS will lead you on narrow dark back roads making access a bit difficult. So ask ahead of time for directions!

The park was nice, clean and tidy but the spots were a bit tight and the roads too narrow to navigate with our fifth wheel. Great family friendly park for smaller RV's.

Overall good experience. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Bathhouse was clean. Tent pad was in excellent condition. Campsites were too close together. Quiet hours were not observed or enforced the last night of our stay. Though not a perfect experience, we would stay here again.

It was the perfect little off-the-road getaway for my and my two kids; lots of stuff to do, but not overwhelming. We frequently stay at KOA and the staff at this location are the kindest and most friendly of any we have ever stayed at!
