Bad: Assigned space L1, which was odd shape, short and narrow, but was advertised to be a long pull thru. No shade, 2 narrow roads line this gravel, narrow site. Only 20 ft TT but had to unhook. Awning not usable. Tree stump in middle of site. Good: Hot Springs bath row is 3 miles away and all full hookup utilities worked. Other areas (tent sites, bathrooms) looked good. Would not return.

Perfect space to park our new travel trailer. We loved the natural surroundings! Staff was awesome!

Very disappointed in the “deluxe” cabin. No linens, soap, and only one big room. We have stayed at several deluxe cabins and they offered so much more. Right on top of your neighbor also.

The lady in charge I believe her name is Lynn is very rude snotty with any response from her. Reception hall was discussing dirty and tons of fruit flies. The cabins were perfect. Camp ground lots of fun. Just stay away from office and you will have a good stay.

Our stay at the Hot Springs KOA was even better than expected! Staff was friendly and the facilities were great, especially the dog park for our pups. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

Great location, clean and well kept park. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to downtown Hot Springs. We have already made a reservation for out stay next year!

This is my second visit to this KOA where my surge protector still shows reverse polarity. Last year when I brought this to the attention of the office I was informed it was a ground problem and no problems resulted from the issue. Having had a battery reverse charge from a reverse polarity issue at a different site, I remain concerned. While I have not experienced issues I will avoid this KOA.

Awesome, we stayed in 10 others before this location. It was by far the best KOA we stayed at. Susan was amazing, extremely nice and friendly. From the time we arrived, our names where on the welcome sign, the way we were escorted to our sites and helped us park. Plus the shuttle into to town 5 Stars!

I was quickly checked in and taken to my site by a very welcoming gentleman. He gave me lots of information about getting into town to get into the baths. The shuttle service is great and prompt. The restrooms are very clean and the site was level and very clean. Great experience.

Pads are great!! No leveling needed at all. The park is well kept and clean. Pool was good.

Two out of 4 cabins my family rented were infested with fleas or chiggers, or some sort of biting insect. My wife could visually see them in her feet and had 20 bites on her ankles within 5 minutes. We also have an 18 month old so she had to sleep in the RV. My nephew went to sleep in a separate cabin in a bunk bed and work up covered with bites on his stomach and back. We have photos. Not good.

We came with a larger group for family and everyone in all three of the cabins we rented got torn up by bugs. We were unable to use one one cabin because it was ridden with fleas, chiggers, or some other similar bugs. Totally unacceptable and will never come back or recommend to anyone.

Lots of tight turns for our 42' rig. Narrow spots with little outdoor living area. Office is at the top of a hill. Just was not comfortable with all the tight turns, on hills and pulling the camper up ledges on one or the other side. Very friendly and helpful guys on the grounds. Showers looked clean. Mini golf course not maintained and little water features setting with gross stagnant water.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
