We’ve been to your facility several times snd we think this time was the all time best. Lynn’s customer service and knowledge of Arkansas monuments were impeccable. She is a jewel and should be acknowledged. Thank everyone for being so sweet and hospitable. We will definitely be back again if it’s the Lord’s will.

In town and received a call from the park that the power was being turned off for repairs. It was 12 noon and 92 degrees. We have 2 pets with us so we rushed back and turned our inverter on to ran the a/c. Spent the rest of the day waiting for power to return. Then we realized power was on but the surge popped the parks breaker. Lost a whole day of our vacation.

Our site was fairly level, long and shaded. There is no grass for our dogs to do their business, which was annoying. The sites are WAY to close together. Our neighbors did NOT understand that quiet time went until 8 am. They were up every day, outside, talking and blowing up rafts at 6 AM! Forget a relaxing sleep, not happening here!

Small spots, very small parking area for tow vehicles. Small road with trees in the way for parking. Wi-fi is very weak. Dog park was a nice feature. Staff was nice. Park was clean

everything was wonderful (clean bathrooms, clean campsite) until Saturday night when it rained and our campsite completely flooded and all the other sites around us were fine. There was a foot of standing water on our campsite that eventually flooded our tent. We were in spot L15.

Everyone was friendly and the park was clean. Last morning we ate at grandpas for breakfast! Again very friendly and great food.

This is a beautiful shady and well maintained park. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had stayed here before in our motorhome but this was our first stay in a cabin. Our mini lodge was clean and cozy with a very nice outdoor area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Grounds were lovely, bathrooms were clean, they responded to our power outage fairly quickly however I felt unwelcome by the staff in the office. I felt very judged by the way they looked and spoke to me. Would likely stay again but I will make my boyfriend handle all of the paperwork as they treated him normally when he went to the office. Guys can have acrylic nails AND enjoy camping!

Winding roads that lead you into the foot hills of the park that definitely leaves you in touch with nature. Whether you are staying in a cabin or tent, or your own RV you’re not very far from some of the best attractions that the Great State of Arkansas has to offer. The KOA staff and crew are always friendly and helpful. They keep the grounds looking manicured and trimmed.

The pool and park were great for the kids and it was perfect for a one night stay. The shower stall doors didn’t lock, which would have been frustrating during a longer stay.

Was concerned about it being on the side of the highway, but the highway traffic is very minimal. Cabins are very nice.

Excellent service, clean facilities, well-managed, and just friendly people all around! Loved the way the site were set up as stairstep sites to offer privacy and the shade was wonderful!

Sites were a little bit tight for larger campers to back into, but the campground was well cared for.

The campground is very small and the sites are pretty close together. If you're next to people that don't know camp etiquette, you're in for a long night. We had Bob the Building staying very close to use. He was chopping wood or hammering nails (or both) at 10:30 at night. The bathrooms weren't bad, but there were only two showers. The ladies at the camp store were very nice.

Liked the terraced pads on the hilly slopes. Very clean restrooms were a big plus. Offered a nice wooded setting.

Wow! Don't know where to start. This was a great park. Great location; close to the interstate but not the noise, close to downtown, the National Park. We spent time at both the tourist areas and off the beaten path where the locals go.

The staff here was amazing. They went above and beyond for me during my visit. I mentioned I needed wood glue to fix a problem in my RV and there was wood glue waiting for me on the return shuttle! Wow totally unexpected.

Everyone was wonderful. Lots of services provided which included transportation to and from town at a very reasonable price. Also place is beautiful and well maintained.

Stay was nice and the grounds were clean and well kept. We had an issue with the location of the utilities as they were too far forward and once we pulled into the site and out of the road, some of our lines would not reach.

My husband and I decided to stay here on our way to Kentucky. We will likely never stay anywhere other than a KOA from this point on. It was very well kept, clean, quiet, and the ammenities were wonderful. We love that KOAs have pools! It was located perfectly so we were able to walk around downtown Hotsprings and not have to travel far at all. We will definately be staying here again!

The park is very well kept and the staff is friendly. One VERY nice feature is the shuttle into downtown Hot Springs for $5 per person round trip. The only downside is that the park roads are very narrow and hilly. The sites are flat and gravel. They offer breakfast on the weekends.

This is my 2nd time to Hot Spring KOA; this time I convinced my friends to join me. It is obvious you love a place if you're always recommending! We loved the pool, the putt-putt area, the basketball court, and grateful for the clean bathroom and well-stocked general store. It was also awesome that we were next door to Magic Springs, and super convenient that we were minutes from Bathhouse Row!

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was great! We have visited this KOA about 15 times. Would not stay anywhere else. We normally pull a camper. Sites for campers are great. Owners are very helpful and nice.

This KOA is located just outside of Hot Springs National park and is very nice. The bathrooms were clean but could use updating. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall the campground worth staying at.

We were very impressed with the amount of staff keeping up the grounds, and how nice and clean everything was kept. We loved the pool and miniature golf, along with the other added trails, dog park etc. that were useful to us. We would definitely recommend it to anyone going to that area and stay there again ourselves.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
