Very clean campground. Lots for kids to do. The staff here were all very nice and knowledgeable in regards to what to go tour while in Hot Spring. Downtown is only a 3-4 minute ride. We will definitely be coming back here!

It was our first time staying with KOA. We chose a cabin with the bathroom. It was the cutest little cabin I’ve ever seen. Perfect for my family of 3! We had breakfast onsite at Grandpa Griddle and it was just awesome!! We will definitely be staying at a KOA again in the near future!!!

The site was not big enough. There were a lot of sites open so there really wasn't any reason for placing us there. My husband is 86 years old and a young woman came from the office and made him move our Tahoe from the site next to us and was not kind about the request. I took pictures of how crowded it was and he even had to move a big rock to get in there. We loved your park otherwise.[

We love it there. A family that makes you feel like your a family member. They offer free shuttle to Oaklawn race track. Just amazing!!!

Was nice and warm when we got there. Shower had good pressure (always a plus). Was going to have a campfire but just too cold outside. Bed was comfortable.

I arrived late and the cabin was perfect! Clean, the heat was on and i was grateful that it was so welcoming. It was nice to have an onsite hot Breakfast option (Fri, Sat, Sun). The gentleman and his wife were super nice and I enjoyed both the meal and the company. I will def go back!

Once again -- this was our third stay -- very pleased with everything, including being able to change our accommodations when we found out our daughter and two grandchildren could join us. This was our first time to stay in a cabin (6-person sleeper). Before leaving, granddaughter wanted to know "when we doing this again?" -- and next time she wants a cabin with bathroom and kitchen.

We stayed in Hot Springs KOA for 5 nights in our mortorhome, with a tow vehicle. The park is located on a hillside just east of Hot Springs. The sites are spacious, well designed and our pull thru was level. The location is central to the many sights to see in the area, which was important to us since it was our first visit to Hot Springs.

a little farther from the highway than we usually go when just passing through, but glad we did, lovely campground overall. First site we were assigned was not suitable but a prompt response to an after-hours arrival and text exchange solved it and was well appreciated. We will be back at a season when we can treat it as a destination

We stayed there with friends on our trip out to TN. There was 7 of us, 4 of us are girls and there was only one shower working. It was very disappointing considering we all wanted and needed to take a shower the night we arrived since we were up so early to hit the road the next morning. Other than that it was okay. Having working showers is extremely important.

We stayed almost the entire month of January. We stayed in our 37 Mirada 35ES.The park was mostly empty. The dog park is not centralized. We had 2 separate sewer hook upstairs. The sites were gravel, but level. The trash bins were spaced through out the park for easy access. The girls in the office were very friendly to my Rottweiler and would give her a dog biscuit everytime they saw her.

Great employees. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. They were knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. We loved the shuttle to and from Bath House Row. That was super convenient. Our spot was very nice and clean. Clean bathrooms and park.

Our camping site was WAY too close to the road and there was road noice (loud trucks and cars) coming and going all night...if you have one of the back spots it might be fine... the camp sites near the road are noisy.

We like the convenience but couldn’t get good reception on the cable. An employee came and tested it and did something further away that improved it, but the picture was still not in focus well. Our neighboring camper had the same issue and same partial improvement.

One of the nicest, cleanest and well maintained KOA campgrounds we've camped in. The staff is especially helpful and the shuttle service is convenient as well as affordable. We will definitely return.

Awesome. Loved the cabin! Quiet and beautiful view of the pond! Also the instant hot water heater was a nice surprise!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We requested a specific site and were told it wasn’t available. It was vacant the entire time we were there. They ended up putting us on a premium site (which we paid the premium price) that was so uneven that 2 tires were off the ground. A gully so deep that I had to back out so as not to tear my landing gear off. The guy that works there told me that I could’ve made it pulling out straight.

My husband and I stayed at the Hot Springs, AR KOA in January 2022 and planned to just stay overnight and head back on the road from Missouri to Texas the next morning. The park was beautiful, the staff were accommodating as we made last minute plan to stay there and a guide led us to our site and ensured that we were settled. The paved road was nice to walk about and enjoy the pond & forest view.

Easy and pleasant check in. Nice clean KOA. Nice Kamp K9. Beware of the turn onto the road leading up to the entrance. No complaints with our seven day stay.

We had never camped in Arkansas and Hot Springs looked like a place that needed exploring. The campground is about 2 miles to Bathhouse Row and it is easy to get there. There is also a shuttle from the campground but we had our dog and we’re going to explore other areas as well. The site was L-7, a pull thru that was very long and quite wide.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
