We stayed in a tent and loved it! Bathrooms were always clean and so warm which was so nice to have in freezing temperatures! We lost power after office hours and the groundsmen was there to help us fix the problem within 10 minutes of me calling the manager! He was helpful and very nice! We will be back!

RV sites are nice. Buildings (restrooms, office, etc) could use some TLC. Stayed in cabin 9 and left with flea bites. Pets should be required to be on a flea preventative. Need to upgrade bed and bedding. Felt like just a big piece of foam with a sheet over it. Worn blanket that was too small for bed. Shower had lukewarm water. Cute, rustic cabin, though.

This is by far the cleanest and well maintained campground I have ever been to,KOA and non KOA included. Spectacular job! Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. We were in town visiting the offroad park only 5 minutes away, there is plenty of parking for trailers across the street, perfect stay to visit both downtown and the offroad park. We will return soon.

Despite the rain, we had a nice, short stay. Since it was January, we didn’t get to partake of some of the features of the campground.

Nice clean park. The site we were in was by the main entrance so a little more noise than I expected during the evening hours. After 9 it was nice and quiet for us. Very close to stores and restaurants, and if you enjoy amusement parks, Magic Springs is about half a mile away. Easy to get in and out of as well.

Very nice staff , Koa does get a bit crowded , vent under sink kept falling out onto floor , had to tape it , shower faucet doors out like a hose , ( direct at you ) , with no adjustment , heater was out , but didn't need it but for 3 nights , staff gave us 2 portable heaters , but other than that , had a nice time .

Lovely stay, even with heavy rains, site stayed firm and drained quickly. Wish someone had not tried to bill their purchases to our site, but the staff straightened it out!

This was a very short overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Beautiful campground. Great short trails, little pond with a fountain, and the staff is super helpful and kind.

I am a newbie camper and I needed a lot of help. The employees were very kind and helped me back in, hook up and filled my propane tanks Showers are free. I hope the remainder of my trip will be as AWESOME as KOA has been.

The entire staff was very helpful while I was there. The bathrooms and showers as well as the campground were kept up very well. I felt very safe and comfortable.

We stayed in the Mini Lodge and loved the setup and location. There Place and Bed we're Cozy. We too enjoyed the deck and fire pit area. Staff also helpful and brought us wood to our site, since late check-in.

This was an unexpected jewel. We had planned to use it as a "base camp" for Branson, Graceland, etc. Never got there bwcaouse Hot Springs rocks! Loved the site and our stay!

Our stay was really nice and the host were super accommodating. My dad initially wanted to rent sleep but it was cold and wanted to stay in a cabin instead. The kids loved the resident cat and the arcade and playground. The site had plenty of room. The campground is scenic as well. The location is great and near all of the attractions

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
