Beautiful rv park! Great location to get downtown to bathhouses within minutes as well as to Walmart and grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our pull-thru site was well-maintained and easily fit our 36 ft. fifth-wheel with tow truck.

We rented a cabin with a private bathroom so we wouldn’t have to use the community bathroom. When we checked in our toilet didnt work. We told the office and they said they would come fix it, they didnt. Also the stairs to the cabin are extremely slippery, my husband and I both fell multiple times on the stairs because of how slippery they were.

We had such a great stay, we initially only had the site booked for one night and we extended it to another because it was such a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were so accommodating and attentive and really helped us out. The bathrooms were always spotless. We truly had a wonderful time and we’ll be back if we’re ever in Arkansas again.

Well maintained campground with friendly, helpful staff. Guided to our campsite. Loved our pull-through buddy camp sites (L7 and L9), the hilly and treed setting was marvelous, even without leaves. The sites are remarkably level given the hilly location. We utilized the dog park and took advantage of the complimentary shuttle to Oaklawn Race Track. Very close to downtown!

Really nice location close to downtown. The campsite has a really cool terraced setup with nice woods and trails. The internet needs to be improved, maybe a few repeaters.

My husband and I stayed for two nights of camping in December. We thought your KOA was the nicest we have been to. We'd like to come back when the weather is a little warmer. The washrooms were spotlessly clean. Thank you.

This is one of our most favorite campgrounds in the US. The staff is warm and welcoming. The owners have really made major improvements. The CG looks clean and neat. Great place to spend a few days, and Hot Springs is a hidden gem in middle USA.

Everything was clean and peaceful. I appreciated workers staying at the checkin board since we had trouble getting into our cabin at first.

The cabin was clean, but the small box heater did not heat the cabin enough. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated it having a mattress pad. I arrived at 730pm so no one was in the office and took the envelope from board, but had trouble finding the cabin in the dark after a long drive.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice campground. The only negative comment would be listening to the leaf blowers every morning.

Awesome staff, extraordinary service, free site upgrade, bundle of firewood and fire starter bc we were honeymooning. level gravel site, clean, new firepit, clean picnic table. Super great stay overall. They had mini golf too but because of the weather, we could not take advantage of it. But definitely would come back.

Hot water wasn’t hot. The lights were wired wrong so I couldn’t use the fan when I slept.

Our stay was very nice. The hosts were extremely accommodating, helping us find just the right RV site. The price was good, WIFI excellant & TV. Sites slightly small, and noisy neighbors 1 night in one of the cabins, but those were the only negatives. We had a great time!

Very clean and well-managed campground in a beautiful, forested setting, with friendly, helpful staff. If you have a tankless water heater, I would recommend that you request a lower site, as the lower water pressure at the higher sites (25-30 psi) may affect the functioning of your water heater.

We really enjoy the Hot Springs Natl. Park KOA. It is our favorite KOA campground. Our last visit was not as enjoyable as it could have been. This was not the fault of KOA but due to campers. Multiple campers made no attempt to quiet their barking and yapping dogs. The barking went on all day. And, to top it off, a rude camper next to us used a LOUD impact wrench at 6:48 am to raise his levelers.

Our stay was ok overall. The staff were great but the sites need work. My site and the others around me were at least 4-5 inches unlevel from left to right. Had to do some extreme blocking then the steps were almost unusable. Cable TV barely worked with no sports channels. We may return but will most likely go to the very nice Catherine’s Landing RV park down the road.

Hot Springs KOA was great! Right off the highway, so you get a little city noise, but there was no light pollution and you could easily see the stars. Clean bathrooms and camping areas, easy and friendly check in, and well kept trails between sites/areas of use. The WiFi worked most of the time from my tent site and the outlets at the site worked well—could have grilled on an electric griddle!

We spent 3 nights during Thanksiving holiday at Hot Springs KOA. There were alot of campers enjoying family get togethers and having a good time. Campfires are allowed which made the area somewhat smokey as there was not much wind during our stay. Not many rv parks allow campfires any more. The nights were quiet which we appreciated very much. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The KOA was gorgeous and had the amenities needed. The only downsides we experienced were a leaning light post that fell over during our stay in our site, and small showers that were very sensitive to changes in water temperatures and gave us a few jolts of very hot and cold water. The staff was accommodating, but it didn't seem like anyone was truly happy to be there- office and griddle staff.

Your place is clean and the employees were friendly. I had a terrible night sleep because of acorns hitting the roof of my motorhome throughout the night. The bigger the acorn, the louder the noise. I woke up at 2 am and did not fall back asleep. Cleanliness and good customer service were overshadowed by a bad nights sleep.

There are some very nice sites in the park. However I have a 42’ Coach with 4 slides and the pull through site I was given far to narrow. I asked to be moved to another or changed with someone that was smaller and hadn't arrived. I was told there is nothing we can do we are full. After a rude discussion I was told I could follow him inside for a refund. Which I replied I needed to find firs. Mor

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
