We loved our time at HS KOA. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. An added bonus was when we arrived, an employee escorted us by golf cart to our site and made sure we weee backed in and ready to set up:)

The campground was nice and well kept, and the facilities were excellent. Your employees were courteous and we bought a few items from the store as well. The only area of improvement would be at the breakfast area on Sunday. Not going to say much, but a smile goes a long way.

Nice, friendly and informative management. We will be returning there in six days and continue enjoying the area , assisted by the information materials provided by the management. Will stay here again when driving in this direction.

For the most part it was excellent. Mattress in the cabin was the worst I’ve ever tried, TRIED to sleep on. People were friendly, staff was good

Beautiful campground. The workers and employees added icing to the cake. Plus we still talk about how great the breakfast was at Grandpas Griddle

Level sites, good separation (even vertical) between sites, quiet, friendly staff. Location is just ok though. 3 mile walk to downtown thru not the nicest neighborhood.

A convenient location. Plenty of shade. We didn't use facilities except laundry room, which was fine. But the campground is not big rig friendly. Steep grades, tight corners, and short sites for larger RVs. Pavement bears lots of scars from bottoming out, both on entrance driveway and road to access sites, which are gravel.

I realize you may have had this on the original confirmation however, a verbal heads up on the fact we would not have any bed linens or towels provided would have been very nice. Thankfully we arrived early enough to be able to go and purchase sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. Our cabin also had a very bad ant problem. Yes, I know this is a cabin in the woods but at least get ant traps.

I had a fantastic experience at this KOA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tent sites were well maintained and I definitely will stay here again.

The park was quiet, neatly kept, and had a friendly staff. The amenities were excellent. A shuttle to the down town area to see the springs, Gramps Breakfast service, to name just two. If you're in the area a great place to park.

We were there for 2 nights and it is a beautiful park. All the workers we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful clean campground in wooded setting near the National Park and downtown. Nice and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again. Nice place for a walk. Propane availability and dog park were positive features.

Nice & Clean stayed in C2 great location in the park and to town the dog park was nice size but poop on the ground, bags ran out, and the can was overflowing- this is the only negative i have in the park so overall a great place

Only 1 downside When we woke up onTuesday morning only to find that our $200,000 dollar Motorhome had been infested with carpenter ants �, there were millions of them crawling in line from your electrical box post up my power cord and into my coach, They found a way into my slide out from there and infestated the whole rig inside, and in the bays. �� I was NOT a Happy Camper !!!!!!!

Always an enjoyable stay here! Great, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. The campground is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Very good location to everything around Hot Springs.

Very nice park. We’re new to the KOA family but almost feel a bit embarrassed being surrounded by all of the huge campers and buses and 5th wheels etc. Ours is only a 14 ft Replica of a Vintage 1956 Serro Scotty camper. I feel like we don’t really “fit in” but not literally. Our camper will fit in tiny spaces easily. Lol

Beautiful park we had a wonderful stay. they accommodated us with a cabin that was available at the last minute when we needed to change our reservation. all the employees were super nice

Nice place. Good location. Nice paved sites. Some of the turns to get to the sites are tight for an rv, but the sites are very nice and big.

The campground is nice and clean. All the sites have lots of trees and in many places are tiered so you are not looking right into the next site. The staff were very friendly. It is a not too far into the town of Hot Springs. Very convenient.

Very difficult to maneuver a 43’ RV in this campground. Many low hanging branches that could damage a tall RV. Had to ask for branches to be trimmed in order to get out of our site. Would not recommend for anything taller than 10’.

We stayed in a cabin. I love the mattress upgrade in the cabin we stayed in. I hope all the KOA we stay in from now on have upgraded mattresses, and not those flat hard ones. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the shower was a little bit small and needed to be upgraded a little longer and roomier. Other than that, it was perfect

Awesome place! Lots of trees and maintained. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Customer service was great and very friendly folks! Only thing is out tv remote didn't work.

Friendly staff. Forgot an important item back at camp and they tried to find the item even though she was the only person working. We arrived right before closing and they still were friendly checking us in. Great location.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
