Susan was a great associate to work with to set up a trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas. We had 22 people in our trip party and we had cabins 1 cabins 3-7. The bathrooms were very clean, as were the cabins. There are a few nails sticking through the roof that someone can hit their head on if sleeping on the top bunkbed. Otherwise it was a great stay and we had a lot of fun and made amazing memories!

Nice campground with pretty cabins. I like the hills and rocks there. Wishing there was more green and flowers but maybe we visited too early (mid of March).

We’ve stayed here several times, once in our camper and twice in camping cabins. Very nice , meets all our needs. We will stay again, it’s our 1/2 way stopping point when visiting family in Texas

We absolutely love this campground! Lynn, Geoff and William always go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful! Grandpa's breakfast is super! The Barrett's have been keeping this campground in great shape for the 30+ years we've been staying there. Really appreciate the shuttle to Oaklawn Racing, too. See you next year!!!

Love this family who owns it. Everyone is so accommodating. The cabins are great. We’ve been going almost every year for over 10 years or more.

Conveniently located off highway. Easy to check-in after hours. Pretty location with trees, pond and cute cabins. There were porch swings, picnic tables and fire pits at each cabin. Pleasantly surprised we had a tv in dry cabin. Floor space heater keep us cozy at night. Neighbors were quiet and location was pet friendly. Bathhouse was clean and there’s a restaurant on-site for breakfast.

Not only is this a beautiful and clean facility but the staff is amazing. The staff really makes sure that you have everything you need. Very impressed and highly recommend this to all travelers.

We stayed in a cabin and it was well Appointed. It was comfortable and had most things we needed. We did not tent camp but we socialized with a few people who did. For tents the spaces are very close together and no privacy at all. And for RVs, a lot of the spots are hard to get into. Not necessarily a negative, just something to be aware of.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. I didn't know what to expect but was very happy with the cabin, the amenities, and the location. I would stay here again if coming to Hot Springs and recommend it as well.

Very convenient and on weekends home cooked breakfast that was delicious. It came a snow unexpected for us and turned the place into a wonderland

It was our first time staying with KOA. We chose a cabin with the bathroom. It was the cutest little cabin I’ve ever seen. Perfect for my family of 3! We had breakfast onsite at Grandpa Griddle and it was just awesome!! We will definitely be staying at a KOA again in the near future!!!

Was nice and warm when we got there. Shower had good pressure (always a plus). Was going to have a campfire but just too cold outside. Bed was comfortable.

I arrived late and the cabin was perfect! Clean, the heat was on and i was grateful that it was so welcoming. It was nice to have an onsite hot Breakfast option (Fri, Sat, Sun). The gentleman and his wife were super nice and I enjoyed both the meal and the company. I will def go back!

Once again -- this was our third stay -- very pleased with everything, including being able to change our accommodations when we found out our daughter and two grandchildren could join us. This was our first time to stay in a cabin (6-person sleeper). Before leaving, granddaughter wanted to know "when we doing this again?" -- and next time she wants a cabin with bathroom and kitchen.

RV sites are nice. Buildings (restrooms, office, etc) could use some TLC. Stayed in cabin 9 and left with flea bites. Pets should be required to be on a flea preventative. Need to upgrade bed and bedding. Felt like just a big piece of foam with a sheet over it. Worn blanket that was too small for bed. Shower had lukewarm water. Cute, rustic cabin, though.

This is by far the cleanest and well maintained campground I have ever been to,KOA and non KOA included. Spectacular job! Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. We were in town visiting the offroad park only 5 minutes away, there is plenty of parking for trailers across the street, perfect stay to visit both downtown and the offroad park. We will return soon.

Very nice staff , Koa does get a bit crowded , vent under sink kept falling out onto floor , had to tape it , shower faucet doors out like a hose , ( direct at you ) , with no adjustment , heater was out , but didn't need it but for 3 nights , staff gave us 2 portable heaters , but other than that , had a nice time .

Beautiful campground. Great short trails, little pond with a fountain, and the staff is super helpful and kind.

We stayed in the Mini Lodge and loved the setup and location. There Place and Bed we're Cozy. We too enjoyed the deck and fire pit area. Staff also helpful and brought us wood to our site, since late check-in.
