Friendly staff, clean cabin and campground, close to Hot Springs NP

We rented a cabin with a private bathroom so we wouldn’t have to use the community bathroom. When we checked in our toilet didnt work. We told the office and they said they would come fix it, they didnt. Also the stairs to the cabin are extremely slippery, my husband and I both fell multiple times on the stairs because of how slippery they were.

Everything was clean and peaceful. I appreciated workers staying at the checkin board since we had trouble getting into our cabin at first.

The cabin was clean, but the small box heater did not heat the cabin enough. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated it having a mattress pad. I arrived at 730pm so no one was in the office and took the envelope from board, but had trouble finding the cabin in the dark after a long drive.

Hot water wasn’t hot. The lights were wired wrong so I couldn’t use the fan when I slept.

Cabin was nice and clean. Easy to get in and out of the KOA. Next time where in the area we’ll stay there again.

Clean, well kept cabin. Outstanding service during check in, with clear and concise directions. Mini golf course was clean. Heater in cabin struggled at times to keep constant temperature, but appreciated additional warmth. Great location to hiking and National Park.

Always have a great stay here. Cabins and facilities are always clean and operational. I do recommend resealing all the walls in the cabins and doors for better seals to help regulate the temperature. Maybe updating wall units to an all in one heat and A/C unit.

Awesome all around. Except firewood was damp so no campfire and dog park is never big enough. But that’s just my big doggo. Otherwise. Great.

Very clean bathroom, grounds and cabin! Lynn is an amazing tour guide and we highly recommend taking her Hot Springs tour. Staff friendly, helpful and gracious. Shuttle service was so great as well. Steep hills through out the grounds, but adds to rustic ambiance with so many trees. We came with 2 other couples and we all a blast! Coming back during race season!

We love the cabin that we stayed. The front desk and the maintenance personnel were lovely and very helpful. Especially Mr. Brian...everything was clean. It was such a great experience for our first time staying in a KOA. Will do it again

Loved the campground and it was clean!! Firewood was bundled well and very reasonable. I felt very safe and the entire atmosphere was peaceful, I told my husband it was one of the quietest camps I have been to and I cant wait to come back. Thank you for providing us a wonderful trip.

We had family members in 3 cabins - the spaces were big enough for us to cook outside and sit comfortably around the fire . The cabins are nice and cozy too !

For the most part it was excellent. Mattress in the cabin was the worst I’ve ever tried, TRIED to sleep on. People were friendly, staff was good

I realize you may have had this on the original confirmation however, a verbal heads up on the fact we would not have any bed linens or towels provided would have been very nice. Thankfully we arrived early enough to be able to go and purchase sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. Our cabin also had a very bad ant problem. Yes, I know this is a cabin in the woods but at least get ant traps.

We stayed in a cabin. I love the mattress upgrade in the cabin we stayed in. I hope all the KOA we stay in from now on have upgraded mattresses, and not those flat hard ones. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the shower was a little bit small and needed to be upgraded a little longer and roomier. Other than that, it was perfect

Awesome place! Lots of trees and maintained. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Customer service was great and very friendly folks! Only thing is out tv remote didn't work.

Friendly staff. Forgot an important item back at camp and they tried to find the item even though she was the only person working. We arrived right before closing and they still were friendly checking us in. Great location.

You need two A/C in each cabin because the one room without the A/C stays much warmer then the other room.

It was a short stay but enjoy it. Wish the bathroom was bigger but very clean and cozy. The staff was friendly we arrived late when the office was close but there was still someone there to help. Very nice people.
