The floor of our unit, KT9 was dirty. This was not evident until a dribble of coffee hit the floor and I wiped it up with a paper towel. The paper towel was ABSOLUTELY BLACK FILTHY. Very apparent that the floor had not been cleaned in a long time. I assume that ALL units are like this? Go try it for yourself in a few random units . Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a wonderful and peaceful stay. The park is kept up very nicely, clean and staff very accommodating. Located close to town. We stayed in the small cabin. We will stay here again.

It's a beautiful campground with hills, lots of trees, and lots of tremendous people! The breakfast they offer Friday thru Sunday is very good and very well priced. I'd stay there again.

We stayed in the cabins, and they were very nice. The staff were very nice and the pool was great. The areas for RV's or trailers were a little cramped, possibly due to the land layout. The park owners did not seem to waste any usable areas. The dog park area was the nicest we have seen at the KOA's we have been. The park is close to Hot Springs

Very friendly and clean. Available short notice when we had to evacuate Hurricane Ida. Lots of activities for the kids and our dogs loved the dog park! Great place to stay and would go back for a vacation.

My family (3 dogs included) evacuated from New Orleans during Hurricane Ida and rented a cabin for 5 nights. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful and kind. The campground was very clean and well-maintained and had a good number of amenities that we were able to take advantage of. We especially enjoyed the off-leash dog park.

Very nice KOA. Has pool and I think ?mini-golf?. Very gracious hosts. Very Clean bathrooms for the number of people using them. Very shady for tent campers. Enjoyed my visit.

Beautiful Park Overall! Clean Shower and Restroom facilities. Our Cabin was clean and the park was very well maintained. Staff was over-the-top friendly and the park had everything you could want or need for your vacation!

This was the most run down, decrepit KOA cabin we’ve ever stayed in. The wood is rotting, there’s stuff growing all over the roof, the porch was covered in spiders and webs. They give you a code for the restroom but the women’s doesn’t even lock. I booked a cabin with a double bed and they put us in the one cabin with a Queen so my sheets didn’t fit. This was our first time staying at a KOA. It was wonderful! We rented the cabin with 3 beds and a restroom. The kids loved it! my husband and I were surprised at how clean and well maintained it was. We will be staying at KOA in the future!

The cabins are very close together. The one we stayed in was next to the pool so we heard hours of children screaming MARCO POLO. It probably would have been a much better experience in a motorhome.

Super cute and cozy mini lodge. My kids and I LOVED it. We cooked on the fire pit when the burn ban lifted. The pool was clean and we loved swimming. The KOA is in a great location for the mining sites. It was so peaceful and refreshing. And the staff is super responsive and incredibly nice and flexible when our plans changed to extend our stay. Thank you!!

Our stay was great. The KOA was always clean, quiet at night, and enjoyable. My grandchildren and I stayed in a one room cabin. It was great. I love that we could securely lock the cabin.

The staff are tremendous!! I have never had a complaint after several stays. Grounds are clean and quiet. Bathrooms and showers are always clean.

I stayed 1 night, had family members traveling with us. I got an RV spot and 2 cabins. RV spot was very small and close to the next RV spot. 1st cabin with a bathroom was overpriced $120 (1night) and ac not cooling. Second cabin (no bathroom) overpriced at $85 was in very poor condition (broken and uneven flooring, bug infestation, wood rot and ac not cooling. Poorly maintained place. Never again.

They were so nice. Very clean cabin. Kids enjoyed the pool and mini golf and fishing pond! We used the Laundry area and had no problems at all. Cute cats that hang around too. Close to alot of amazing views and things to do. We explored the area for 3 days!

The AC window unit for the small cabin wasn’t big enough to cool the cabin down. When we checked in the temp was around 85 and miserable until around 11 pm when it finally cooled down to 69. Would love to stay here again but would highly recommend upgrading The AC but don’t think we will be doing a small cabin again in the summer time. For what we paid we could have gotten a motel room with

We had a great time at staying in the park. The cabin we stayed in was perfect. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again when I’m in Hot Springs!!

It’s July, the campground is full, it’s 100° and the pool closes at 9pm and 7pm on Sunday. Our ac unit in our cabin barely kept our cabin cool and it was full of mold. I could have stayed at a hotel for WAY cheaper, my kids could have swam past 7pm, our room would have been cold and we wouldn’t have been sweating non stop! Definitely won’t stay at KOA again!!

We had a deluxe cabin.. very quite space, little small for family of 4, but we still loved it.. meet some Jeeper people that was riding the OFFROAD PARK, which is down the road.. nice breakfast on the weekends.. will return !!

It was the perfect little off-the-road getaway for my and my two kids; lots of stuff to do, but not overwhelming. We frequently stay at KOA and the staff at this location are the kindest and most friendly of any we have ever stayed at!

Very disappointed in the “deluxe” cabin. No linens, soap, and only one big room. We have stayed at several deluxe cabins and they offered so much more. Right on top of your neighbor also.

The lady in charge I believe her name is Lynn is very rude snotty with any response from her. Reception hall was discussing dirty and tons of fruit flies. The cabins were perfect. Camp ground lots of fun. Just stay away from office and you will have a good stay.
