Two out of 4 cabins my family rented were infested with fleas or chiggers, or some sort of biting insect. My wife could visually see them in her feet and had 20 bites on her ankles within 5 minutes. We also have an 18 month old so she had to sleep in the RV. My nephew went to sleep in a separate cabin in a bunk bed and work up covered with bites on his stomach and back. We have photos. Not good.

We came with a larger group for family and everyone in all three of the cabins we rented got torn up by bugs. We were unable to use one one cabin because it was ridden with fleas, chiggers, or some other similar bugs. Totally unacceptable and will never come back or recommend to anyone.

This is a beautiful shady and well maintained park. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had stayed here before in our motorhome but this was our first stay in a cabin. Our mini lodge was clean and cozy with a very nice outdoor area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pool and park were great for the kids and it was perfect for a one night stay. The shower stall doors didn’t lock, which would have been frustrating during a longer stay.

Was concerned about it being on the side of the highway, but the highway traffic is very minimal. Cabins are very nice.

This is my 2nd time to Hot Spring KOA; this time I convinced my friends to join me. It is obvious you love a place if you're always recommending! We loved the pool, the putt-putt area, the basketball court, and grateful for the clean bathroom and well-stocked general store. It was also awesome that we were next door to Magic Springs, and super convenient that we were minutes from Bathhouse Row!

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was great! We have visited this KOA about 15 times. Would not stay anywhere else. We normally pull a camper. Sites for campers are great. Owners are very helpful and nice.

Perfect location for the theme park and off-road park. The clubhouse was perfect for our family time in the evening. We felt safe and comfortable allowing our children to explore the trails and pond in the campground. This was the perfect blend for our family reunion as some rented cabins and others brought their RVs. The staff was very helpful.

Stayed in a cabin, the air didn’t cool the cabin. It wasn’t on when we got there neither was the ceiling fan. It was 90degrees. It was hot the entire trip. The pool was cloudy first day it cleared after that would be full of people and they made us leave at 7pm. Pool man threw chemicals out within feet of me & took my breath. Cabin was really nice but mattress was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I could not sleep for 4 nights. There were also ants in our cabin got bit a few times.

We stayed in one of the small cabins. It was sparkling clean and close to the restroom/showers. We arrived after office hours and getting our cabin info was easy. The next morning the staff was friendly. The mattress is very basic. I would recommend a mattress topper for future guests.

We had the same #1 cabin as requested three years ago and were once again quite pleased. It was great a 2nd bunk bed was now available in the hall alcove and allowed my grands to use the top bunk for baggage storage.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
