My husband and I decided to stay here on our way to Kentucky. We will likely never stay anywhere other than a KOA from this point on. It was very well kept, clean, quiet, and the ammenities were wonderful. We love that KOAs have pools! It was located perfectly so we were able to walk around downtown Hotsprings and not have to travel far at all. We will definately be staying here again!

The park is very well kept and the staff is friendly. One VERY nice feature is the shuttle into downtown Hot Springs for $5 per person round trip. The only downside is that the park roads are very narrow and hilly. The sites are flat and gravel. They offer breakfast on the weekends.

This KOA is located just outside of Hot Springs National park and is very nice. The bathrooms were clean but could use updating. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall the campground worth staying at.

Great campground and location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Campground was very clean and well maintained. This was our first stay at a KOA and we loved it.

We were very impressed with the amount of staff keeping up the grounds, and how nice and clean everything was kept. We loved the pool and miniature golf, along with the other added trails, dog park etc. that were useful to us. We would definitely recommend it to anyone going to that area and stay there again ourselves.

Great shaded campground, lots of trees. The shuttle into town was wonderful, allowed us to explore without moving the van. The front desk staff were so friendly and patient with all our questions.

Space cramped to maneuver 38' Class A. Unable to level unit satisfactorily. Location hard to access smoothly. Utilities functioned well.

Park was very nice and clean. We have a 40 Ft class A with a Toad. Did not find the park if rig friendly. Difficult to maneuver to get to our spot. We were not able to put our awning out. Would recommend the park just not for just not for a long rig. Staff was friendly.

Sites were extremely close, especially for a 40’ fifth wheel and not very level, I will look elsewhere if I go back to Hot Springs.

Very nice place. Can be challenging for the bigger rigs negotiating the entrance/exit roads in the park.

Tight spot, but had lots of help getting in! Also, responded to and resolved electric issue during hook up! Close proximity to the city - good location. Like the trees in the parking areas. Didn't use, but nice to have access to a pool in the summer.

We enjoyed our stay very much!! We had a back in site in the A section and found the sites nice sized with great tree cover. We liked spotting turtles in the lake. We also liked the accessibility of trash cans around the campground and noticed them being emptied frequently. The campground was immaculate and I think that helped make it easy for all campers to be tidy. We’ll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Everyone was very nice from checkout to them taking us to our spot and guiding us backing in. Cute little store. There was a pool and playground for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Was a good stay overall. The guy selling ice cream from his van was fine but the kids he dropped off that went crazy in the pool was a little much.

A great KOA. We travel a bunch and this was one of the best we have stayed. Pool wells nice and clean they had patio umbrellas for extra shade. Our sites was nice and shady. Laundry room was clean as well As the showers. The store had a few things if needed as well as a few souvenirs. They also have putt putt which we did not play but it seemed nice. This Koa is a few mins from the Main Street.

Check in was a breeze--staff led you to your site & aided u in backing in--clean sites--trash picked up multiple times a day--very clean bathrooms & showers--shuttle service--very helpful staff. HAD A GREAT WEEK & WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Clean, well kept and close to area attractions and happenings. Pull-through spots didn’t have any functional shade like most of the back in spots. We will remember that and book back in for any future stays.

Totally enjoyed our stay with KOA. The park was very clean and maintained. Loved the breakfast offered. The room needed a little updating .

What a beautiful rv park and National Park. Spot were very easy to back our airstream into, level and wide with lots of trees. Lots of kids around having a blast and my husband and I were too. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully back with our college son and his gf! Thank you!

It’s a 4 because the office area and parking spots are extremely tight. Also there was very little grass near our site D30 for pets unless we walked up past the office to pet area. Bathrooms were clean and had nice hot water. Price was very reasonable. Brian was awesome at helping us back into our site. Overall it was a fine visit with the basics. Great location for visitors.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
