Fun and nice folks in office. Very close to downtown Hot Springs and other fun things to do. Beautiful drive through Wolf Creek Pass.

I typically avoid KOA campgrounds due to the tight spots, but the KOA in Hot Springs was exceptional. The spaces were big, grounds kept nice and staff very friendly. I would definitely go back there again.

Excellent access to the Nation Park. KOA staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations and parking situations near race track.

The campground was really clean and staff were helpful. The campground is on a mountain and sites are nicely placed and level. We are a 40’ motor home and the site they had us in was “extremely” tight getting in and out.

This is an older camp with nice mature trees that you don't get in these new "Parking lot " flat parks . Plenty of trails to walk and the hills give you a good workout. But the best thing is the service ! These folks go out of their way to help you have a good time. They set the standard for all other campgrounds to try and match.

The people and park was very nice. The only problem I had was my own. Just started rving so my backing skills are weak. Your park is kinda tight. I just need more practice. Look forward to coming back. Thanks

Staff was friendly. We loved walking our dog around the park. Our son loved playing a round of mini golf and with other kids at the playground. This was our first time camping with and RV and it was easy to hook everything up.

We only were able to stay one night but we would of loved to spend more time in this area. So beautiful! Our spot was perfect, under a huge shaded tree. Hookup was so easy, picnic tables were all modern and not the wood ones. The lady who checked us in was so nice. Even told us about a great restaurant in town. DOWDS. Catfish was delicious! Wished we could of stayed longer. Definitely coming back!

Enjoyed the camp ground. Neighbors were super friendly the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The sites were tight and “ease of” parking depended where neighbors parked their personal vehicles. Only one bathhouse available due to remodeling of other bathhouse - in this case 2x the volume should have resulted in 2x the cleaning - freshen up. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous facility! Staff was very helpful and courteous. They showed me to my site during a downpour, and upgraded me to a pull through site to make it less stressful for me. That is great service. I will definitely visit this location again, and recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances! Thanks, Steve Musil 920/348-3156

Great stop as we were heading back north to Ohio from Texas. Wonderful RV park and staff. We enjoyed our breakfast that was cooked by the owner on the morning we broke camp. Great weather for March.

This was our first stay at a KOA and we were very happy with our site and the campground. Staff was courteous. Park was quiet in the evenings as well. The firewood was a bit pricey ($5 per bundle of about 6-8 pieces) which would have been ok except it was still pretty green and didn’t burn very well.

We arrived after the office was closed but there was still someone on-site who directed us to our site and assisted with parking without being asked. Getting in/out of the site was a little difficult for our large trailer but once in the site there was plenty of space. Sewer hookup in an odd place compared to other utilities. Very pretty!

Truly a great campground. Close to downtown and the National Park. Clean grounds, friendly staff, and campsites had some space and privacy, which was especially nice. The price was really nice too. Highly recommend. We would stay here again when in the area.

The rudest sloppiest people I've ever done business with.I stayed for 6mths with AGREE MENT with LYNN�owner) tOstay until AUGUST. We'll I'm out of town working and I get a call that I have 2 hours to move my trailer or they would move it with a tractor.They kept my wood pile, AND STOLE MY LIGHTS.THE OWNERS TREAT THE HOUSEKEEPERS LIKE GARBAGE AND SUSAN CLETA TALK BAD AbOUT EVERYONE front desk mg
