The Hot Springs property was very clean and quiet. The staff member were just super. We really enjoyed our three day stay.

As always a friendly and helpful staff and reception to the HS KOA. Spotless clean restrooms and office. Some sites are a bit tight to get into with bigger rigs. I would like to see some TLC on the sites as most of them are a bit worn and could use some additional gravel, landscaping and just some love. The wi-fi , cable TV , utility systems work as they should.

This was a nice campground. It was the perfect distance from Hot Springs National Park. We really enjoyed the mini golf, for it was nice having the additional amenity since the pool was closed for the winter.

This was our first time out with our camper trailer. We hit the jackpot with this KOA. We arrived a few minutes after closing and the staff stayed to help us get situated. EVERYTHING is clean. Quiet hours are respected. Prices are great. We will absolutely be back again. Thank you for a fabulous first experience!!!

Staff were great! Check in was a little tense since you had to wait on a steep hill while others checked in. The campground was clean. Quiet too!

We enjoyed our stay! our RV site was very close to the bathrooms. It was great having the bathrooms right at the laundry and store. We women in the office we very friendly and helpful in telling us where the Hot Springs National Park was and where we could park in Hot Springs!

We enjoyed our stay. The park is beautiful and well run. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The shuttle service was a great amenity and the drivers were very timely and friendly.

Beautiful park and excellent service. The free shuttle into town is a wonderful added perq. Showers were clean, but ventilation is so poor that they were too humid to use.

We were just passing through, it was on our way and easy to get too from the freeway, but….Lots of road noise! Other than that, it’s a great, clean park! Clean bath houses and very friendly and helpful staff!

We had a great stay. Our lot was nice and the whole park is so pretty and we’ll cared for. It is so nice to show up and see your name on a board welcoming you to the campground! The office staff was super nice and we always appreciate an escort to our site and help backing in. Thank you, everyone. No doubt we’ll be back.

We arrived a day early, but the staff accommodated us and were very understanding and friendly. The campground is beautiful and the sites are level.

Fantastic Park, everyone was more than friendly & helpful. The shuttle into the Park was very accommodating. The sites were large & very level. I highly recommend this KOA.

Appreciated having an escort to our campsite and his assistance in backing into our site. Our site was not the best...fire ring too close to camping cabin next door and the spotlight from the KOA sign illuminated our site.

This has been our favorite KOA so far! All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, the shuttle into town was such a bonus since weren’t towing a vehicle, and we met some great friends in a nearby campsite. Everything was great!!

Wonderful campsites! Staff very friendly. My ONLY complaint would be shower head needs replaced but NEVER ran out of hot water and bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Your check in staff were great and offered tips on what not to miss in the area. They led us to our site and helped us back in our RV. The grounds were well kept and the different mountain levels of RV sites were simply amazing!

I liked the location, the playground was very far from our site though. Our site did back up to a road and that was less fun. Two laundry areas though was the best ever!

We loved our time at HS KOA. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. An added bonus was when we arrived, an employee escorted us by golf cart to our site and made sure we weee backed in and ready to set up:)

The campground was nice and well kept, and the facilities were excellent. Your employees were courteous and we bought a few items from the store as well. The only area of improvement would be at the breakfast area on Sunday. Not going to say much, but a smile goes a long way.

Nice, friendly and informative management. We will be returning there in six days and continue enjoying the area , assisted by the information materials provided by the management. Will stay here again when driving in this direction.
