Level sites, good separation (even vertical) between sites, quiet, friendly staff. Location is just ok though. 3 mile walk to downtown thru not the nicest neighborhood.

A convenient location. Plenty of shade. We didn't use facilities except laundry room, which was fine. But the campground is not big rig friendly. Steep grades, tight corners, and short sites for larger RVs. Pavement bears lots of scars from bottoming out, both on entrance driveway and road to access sites, which are gravel.

The park was quiet, neatly kept, and had a friendly staff. The amenities were excellent. A shuttle to the down town area to see the springs, Gramps Breakfast service, to name just two. If you're in the area a great place to park.

We were there for 2 nights and it is a beautiful park. All the workers we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful clean campground in wooded setting near the National Park and downtown. Nice and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again. Nice place for a walk. Propane availability and dog park were positive features.

2nd time here. Excellent property, hilly, shaded, level sites, smooth operation, dependable WiFi, sensible rates, location close to major hwys.

Nice & Clean stayed in C2 great location in the park and to town the dog park was nice size but poop on the ground, bags ran out, and the can was overflowing- this is the only negative i have in the park so overall a great place

Only 1 downside When we woke up onTuesday morning only to find that our $200,000 dollar Motorhome had been infested with carpenter ants �, there were millions of them crawling in line from your electrical box post up my power cord and into my coach, They found a way into my slide out from there and infestated the whole rig inside, and in the bays. �� I was NOT a Happy Camper !!!!!!!

Always an enjoyable stay here! Great, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. The campground is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Very good location to everything around Hot Springs.

Very nice park. We’re new to the KOA family but almost feel a bit embarrassed being surrounded by all of the huge campers and buses and 5th wheels etc. Ours is only a 14 ft Replica of a Vintage 1956 Serro Scotty camper. I feel like we don’t really “fit in” but not literally. Our camper will fit in tiny spaces easily. Lol

Nice place. Good location. Nice paved sites. Some of the turns to get to the sites are tight for an rv, but the sites are very nice and big.

The campground is nice and clean. All the sites have lots of trees and in many places are tiered so you are not looking right into the next site. The staff were very friendly. It is a not too far into the town of Hot Springs. Very convenient.

Very difficult to maneuver a 43’ RV in this campground. Many low hanging branches that could damage a tall RV. Had to ask for branches to be trimmed in order to get out of our site. Would not recommend for anything taller than 10’.

Site we were put in was to small for a 41 foot RV with a vehicle! We had to go under the slides to access electric, water and sewer! If we moved over we would be stepping out onto the picnic table! We had a thorny bush growing around a tree right by drivers side (1.5 inch long thorns). I had to ask the office to cut the bush. Roads are small and tight. Office refunded 2nd night. There was 50 amp!

A busy park, There were children outside until after 10 pm riding bikes and being noisy. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but left after the 1st night. Next trip, if I go back, will be mid week. Hot Springs is a hotspot on the weekends and parking is terrible.

It was a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed being there. The only thing I would suggest is better signs marking the entrance...it pops up right after a downhill on a curve with an immediate uphill to the KOA.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Grandpas breakfast was great! I loved the shuttle service to the bathhouse row. This allowed me to have my 4 hour spa. I sincerely that you all.

Nice park, spaces between RV campsites are a little tight. The tent area below where our assigned RV site looked very nice.

Very nice park, large and clean sites. Pool was nice and still open in October. Had breakfast at campground Grandpa's Griddle before departing. Would return.

Loved the recently remodeled bathrooms near the restaurant! Very well-kept park in a nice natural setting.

Beautiful campground in lots of trees and hills. Would like to go back myself, it was so nice. We had a garden space with patio. There was a bus that took you into Hot Springs so you could leave your car at the site.

Checking in was very easy. The staff was lovely. The grounds were very well kept. The showers were clean. The spots are very tight would not recommend getting there at night. If going to come at night get a pull thru!

Stay was pleasant even with rain. Staff was helpful n courtesy. Laundry room was a big disappointment. Not much room to fold, load n unload machines nor even to stand while waiting for loads to get done. Could use part of game room/ storage for laundry. RV sites were pretty in trees even tho close. I'd say this KOA was about an average RV park...bee. in worse ..been in better. Price was aver

We really enjoyed the “Garden” site. Nice shade and patio. Campground is close to town, but in a quiet location.

Only got propane but service was friendly and fast. No line. Parking was a little tight by the office due to all the cars there
