  • Property loss or damage
  • Psychological or physical injury
  • Pain, suffering, disability, or death
  • Exposure to bacteria, algae, or disease
  • Drowning, burns, slips, and falls
  • Hazards from terrain, weather, wildlife, pets, fire, vehicles, and other guests
  • Limited access to emergency services

I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, and agree that I will not participate in any activity while impaired or unfit. I understand that the security of myself, my guests, and our belongings is my responsibility.Release, Indemnity, and Waiver of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • I release and agree to hold harmless the Campground Management from any and all claims, including those arising from negligence, injury, death, property damage, pet incidents, or other losses related to my or my party's stay.
  • I agree to indemnify and defend the Campground from any third-party claims arising from my or my party's conduct or pets.
  • I understand that the Campground provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition or safety of the property.

These terms apply to me and anyone in my party, including minors, guests, and legal representatives, and will remain effective for up to four years following the end of our stay.

CLOSED TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS as of October 31st in Office and  Store, please follow signs and get packet for checkin at Camp host shed on board.This also applies afterhours. If inclement weather everything may be closed earlier, please read your emails for info regarding this

SIMPLY STATED:

We understand how important it is to have a successful family vacation or a quiet night after a long day on the road. It is our goal to provide you with quality accommodations that are comfortable & relaxing, yet can be a fun and enjoyable camping experience.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:

RV, tent camping check-in is at 2:00 PM; All check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Because many people take advantage of our later check-out time, we ask early arrivals be kept as close to the 2:00 PM time as possible.
Early arrivals will be charged an extra fee.
CURBSIDE CHECK-IN & SITE ESCORTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 2:00 TO 7:00 PM DAILY during Peak Season (April 1 to October 31); after that, we will escort you to the site as needed and when extra staff is available.
Upon arrival, please pull forward and, when possible, form two lines at the propane fill station.
Our staff will meet you at your rig with your camping information & provide an escort to your site.
If you arrive after curbside hours, your information will be in the night registration box located on the door of the Curbside Check-in building.
The Store is open till 7 PM Daily, with extended hours in Summer, but may shorten hours in Winter. Hours vary over fall and Winter, so please call.
Please follow any hours throughout the year, which are located on this website. There is a 25.00 early check-in fee.

CAMPSITE INFORMATION:

We allow one family, one camping unit, and one vehicle per campsite, two with space and camp manager permission. We define family as parents and their minor children who live with them. A maximum of 6 people per site, visitors included. A tent, trailer, motor home, etc. is considered a camping unit. Two tents on one site are considered two units and will be charged a fee for two sites. All cars in the campground must have a car pass displayed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE for stays during holidays or holiday weekends. All other 2026 reservations will follow the KOA Cancellation Policy. There is no refund for early departure.
There is a $20 cancellation FEE, under 7 days from arrival for RV and tent you will forfeit deposit, and under 14 days from arrival you will forfeit deposit on cabin. All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. If canceling on the day of arrival, the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee.

CABIN INFORMATION:

Our rustic cabins sleep 4 people comfortably. There is not a rest room in the camping cabin but all cabins are placed within 100' for the bathhouse.
Cabins have a air conditioning and/or heat, microwave and a small, dorm-size refrigerator, a TV and a banquette for dining and/or indoor seating. Cooking can be done on the fire ring outside. Adirondack chairs & a small table are featured on the porch. You must bring your own linens

MINIATURE GOLF

Our miniature golf course is open to both campers & the public from 1:00 PM until dusk. free for guests, CLOSED FOR THE REMAINDER OF 2025

POCKET PARK

What's a pocket park? It's the grassy area near the splash pad & Jump Pad that houses a gazebo as well as 2 sets of concrete corn hole "boards", a concrete ladder ball game, a gaga pit, as well as plenty of room to play boce ball. This area is to be enjoyed by our campers. Splash pad is operational from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

PETS:

All good-tempered, quiet pets with current licenses & inoculations are welcome in our campground. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times except when using our fenced-in KampK9. Do not leave your pet unattended in your camper, on the campsite or anywhere in the campground. We have two rustic cabins that are pet-friendly, but with a 10.00 daily per pet fee/per day

OFFICE HOURS:

During our off season, the Reservation Desk is open for phone calls from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM -  open 7 days. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday through start of March. Please check our website for any hour changes throughout the off-season. We do curbside check-in as of May. Please pull forward and, when possible, form two lines at the propane fill station. Our staff will meet you at your rig with your camping information & provide an escort to your site. CURBSIDE CHECK-IN & SITE ESCORTS ARE AVAILABLE at 2:00  DAILY, through out peak season, hours for camp hosting will vary in the winter, please call if you have any questions 717-865-6411
If you arrive after curbside hours, your information will be on the check in shed board, please find your last name and follow map to site, located on the curbside check-in building door. Our phone is answered after hours for emergencies in the campground. Please call for information during regular office hours.

GENERAL STORE:

Our General Store hours are 9 AM to 7PM,open 7days through season, Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays in winter. Our General Store offers breakfast sandwiches, hot coffee, a variety of hot sandwiches, groceries, live bait, RV supplies, and delicious ice cream all year!
STORE AND OFFICE WILL REMAIN OPEN BUT WINTER HOURS WILL TAKE EFFECT. WE WILL BE CLOSED Tuesdays and Wednesdays and OPEN 9-6pm Thursday to Monday, AN AFTER HOURS NUMBER IS AVAILABLE

RESERVATIONS:

Site numbers are given at registration. We make every effort to reserve the site you request, but we do not guarantee specific sites unless you use the Select Your Site option. There is a fee for Select Your Site. We accept only payment in full at the time you make your reservation.

QUIET TIME:

11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

COURTESY:

We ask that you please respect your neighbors by keeping conversation, radio, television and musical instrument volume to a minimum at all times. We do not allow generators to run at any time, unless in dry docking area. Please do not walk through other campsites, although some of the creekside sites have stairs to the creek that our campers/boaters sometimes use when renting our equipment.

DRIVING IN OUR CAMPGROUND:

The 5 MPH speed limit throughout the campground is strictly enforced. Any and all motorized vehicles in the campground must be operated by licensed, insured drivers and have a campground tag on their mirror or dashboard.
Golf carts must be registered and have proof of insurance to be operated in the campground.

VISITORS:

Everybody must be a registered camper or registered guest to enter our campground. All visitors must register at the office, pay the applicable fees per person, obtain a car pass and obey all campground rules. Day visitors must leave by 10 PM. Campers are responsible for the actions of their registered guests.

PROPANE:

Our propane pumping station is open every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. or dark, whatever happens first

FIREWOOD:

We allow only commercially bagged firewood into our campground. PA Dept. of Agriculture prohibits the transportation of firewood across state lines & recommends that it not be transported from county to county. Firewood can be purchased at the General Store and will be delivered to your site if you choose. We offer large and small bundles, bagged and dry, plus bags of kindling. The store also offers fire starters

DUMP STATION & SEWER HOOK-UPS:

Our dump station is free for currently registered campers. Any other camper using it will be charged a $25.00 fee, please let us know if you are a KOA rewards holder or VIP for discount. We kindly ask that you do not dispose of anything other than black & gray water in our sewer hook-ups. Please do not flush wipes, disposable gloves, shop towels and diapers into our sewer system.

CREEK:

All children ages 12 & under must be supervised at or in the Swatara Creek.

WI-FI & CABLE TV:

Free at all sites for e-mail, social media, etc. although speeds are limited, MAKING STREAMING/GAMING IMPOSSIBLE.. We offer 26 channels of cable TV at each full hook-up site. Because of the trees in & the layout of our campground, we do not guarantee satellite reception at any campsite.

SPRAYGROUND/SPLASHPAD:

Open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 10 AM to dusk. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
