Great little campground! We usually use it as a pit stop on our travels south. Staff has always been friendly, facilities are clean and having the restaurant/ice cream is a win!

Not too bad.long line at entrance showing people to sites.Sites unpaved,very muddy.No dog stations.No menus given out for grill at store,you have to walk up there in the rain to see the one menu.Otherwise an OK stop for one night.

Arrivés sous la pluie, je vais voir a l'intérieur pour ajouter une nuitée, je suis mal recue. On me répond d'aller dehors il y a quelqu'un et non, il n'y a aucune place pour demain. Dehors, il n'y a personne dans la cabane, un campeur me dit que je dois attendre le guide qui est seul. Le guide arrive et me dit qu'il y a une place pour demain en back up et que je n'aurai pas d'aide pour recu

Stayed one night at Jonestown/Hershey KOA. Easy check-in, guide to site. Heavy rains made all sites wet, with puddles. Have stayed here before and would stay again--convenient to travel, easy to park. Restrooms clean.

We have been coming to this KOA for many years. (Since before it was a KOA) It is very convenient for us, just off the highway. We were very disappointed this visit. The WiFi was so poor the we could barely get our email, let alone check the radar for the big storms that rolled through. Prices are premium. If you are going to charge so much, you need to upgrade your WiFi.

Second time there had a creekside site it was great we stayed 6 days it was quiet but cold and rainy for about 3 days but that's mother nature in April great place

We stay here on our trip back and forth to Florida. Easy location, easy in and out. We’ve never used any of the amenities except the bathrooms. We did get breakfast sandwiches at the store before we left.

The campground is neat, level sites and in good repair. The reason I will not recommended KOA is the rigidity of rules, without the application of good customer service. Specifically, we arrived about 1:00 pm. The published check in time is 2:00 pm. There was no one on the site, but still required a $3.00 early check in charge. We had been traveling since July 1 and never an early check in fee.

This was a great location to stop on our way north from Florida. We did not have to unhook and had full hook-ups. The bathrooms were very clean and hair dryers were supplied in the women's. The showers were on the small side and my husband could not adjust the direction of the water in the one shower he used. There was a little road noise but it didn't disturb our sleep. We would stay here again.

Clean rest rooms. Stone roads and lot sites. Well placed utilities. Decent spacing of sites. Not worth the $70 and the added $5 charge for me arriving 2hrs before check in time.

We only over-nighted at the Hershey KOA. Great location and didn't realize its proximity to the state park and direct access to all the trails. We are considering rerouting our trip home to perhaps stop there again and stay a little longer to explore more. The only reason not 5 stars is that the patio on our patio site was nowhere near level. We still would come back

We wanted to stay local to check out the RV for any problems. This was a nice place to stay. The bathrooms were clean, the store well stocked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our 9 year old grandson loved seeing the Military Vehicles driving around the town. We also visited the stationary helicopters and tanks. He wants to come back in the summer when the amenities are open.

Great place to stop when traveling on I-81- easy on and off. Sites are level which helps us to stay hooked up to our fifth wheel and still put out our slides which is SUPER convenient! Almost all sites have a cement slab to step out onto! Picnic tables... fire pit! Staff are friendly and helpful. The store offers a little bit of everything! Their food and ice cream is GOOD!! We have stayed here many- many times and we will be staying here again.

Great spot for our overnight stops when passing thru the area. Great staff and clean, level sites. Easy in and out with my 41' 5th wheel!
