Upon arrival the young man at the desk was chatting with a friend, I had to interrupt to inquire about check in. He told me to go outside to the area and wait. He didn’t get my name so I asked him if he needed it, just wait outside and I will get it when I take you to site. The KOA patio site was dirty. I swept it off and then used yard blower. Plus we were placed between two seasonal sites.

Our curbside check-in has been popular with most guests. Most people do see the signage and wait their turn in their rig for check-in, usually no more than 2 or 3 minutes. Every concrete pad in our campground was pressure washed on Sept. 3, though some leaves have started to fall.

Very nice campground. Very neat and well kept. We had a very nice visit.

Most excellent! This isn't our first stay at this campground. As before, we were right along the Swatera creek. Its nice pulling your kayak out right at your campsite. The frozen drinks available at the camp store definitely had booze in them!! Yep, we liked them too!

Nice campground close to many stores and fast food restaurants. Bathrooms in need of update and lots of road noise. We had nice big pull thru site.

Went for the wings and due to short staffing kitchen was closed then saw a worker out pulling weeds instead of making wings little disappointed. Also no cable but not a huge deal.

We are definitely sorry to disappoint anybody wanted our delicious wings, but our kitchen was closed on Sat., Sept 25 from 2 to 9 PM. Wings were available at any other time over the weekend. Our grounds crew usually does not work in the sanitary kitchen environment.

The entire site was kept pretty clean. There was some major issues. The mini golf course is not well maintained and half of the holes are rotted and almost unplayable. The cable for the entire campground was not working and the kitchen was closed due to staffing issues, but multiple employees were just standing there. The sites by the creek seemed way to close together.

Dish Network had a problem with the type of receiver we use. 14 other campgrounds in the area had the same problem. Dish Network has been out with new receivers and the problem is rectified.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast check in. The guide even helped guide me into the spot so my gf didn’t have to get out of the truck! Will be staying here again

Close to Hershey park. Easy access from the interstate and close to a Love's with Diesel #2. Nicely shaded, maintained nicely, good camp store, and friendly staff. We were visiting friends in the area and this was the closest RV park. Would stay there again.

The rain made the site difficult to dump because of the swimming pool surrounding the motorhome.

Weather, unfortunately is a bit beyond our control. Your site drained quickly as there is a storm sewer grate near your assigned site. Please note for future visits that there is, however a dump station on concrete for less than perfect weather conditions if needed.

We were right on the river, that was cool. Nothing bad to say; spacious sites, plenty of privacy, clean bathrooms; the staff does a good job maintaining and they’re very friendly. This is on our “will return list”. And a good place to relax.

Great campground store with Turkey Hill ice cream! This campground has all the “feels” of a camping experience with towering oak trees, the creek, and glowing campfires at night. We didn’t get to use a lot of the activities but enjoyed the area.

Used Hersey KOA as a stopping point of our final destination. Staff were very helpful in booking our stay an extra day due to weather conditions. Whatever, you do, you must try one of the breakfast sandwiches prepared fresh every day.

We have stayed here many times and enjoy all aspects. This time, however, the site assigned was odd shaped and a muddy mess. When asking for a different site, told that none were available but there were multiple vacant sites overnight. Employee just didn't wannt to bother. Rather curt when asked other questions about site. Her attitude is not what we are accustomed to for this KOA.

Jonestown is our first stop leaving New England every fall, and our last stop returning to New England in the spring. It is a convenient location, easy off and easy on to I-81. The people are always friendly. We were a little disappointed that the restaurant was overworked due to short staff/covid, but we will continue to stop here!

Really enjoyed our stay. East access to freeway. On-site store was very convenient when we needed milk. Really liked the ice cream and “adult” slushees.

Beautiful site by the river. Campfire at night, sipping a beverage, and "Watching the river flow". Aaahhhhh. Lots of things to do in and around this KOA. I'll be back.

What a wonderful KOA…From check in to the sites, there’s nothing bad to say. Sites are nice…level and easy in and out. We had full hook ups and a small patio.

This is the third time we have been at your campground and every time the cable TV is terrible. It is all snowy and comes in and out. You need to work on fixing it. I have been at many KOA 's and this one is the worst. We pay alot of money to stay there the TV should come in clear. We had someone from the office and they couldn't even get it on there TV they brought hooked outside.

Only one night as we were traveling thru. Great place. Nice site. All sites had a paved patio. Very clean and quiet. Loved their ice-cream shop. Will definitely be back when we visit the Hershey/Lancaster area. Small campground so book early.

We absolutely love this place, we stay here twice every year. The people are awesome they're sites excellent, food is amazing & it's an easy on & off 81! Keep up the great work!

Our club booked 7 sites. We found the Jonestown KOA congenial and accommodating. We all had a great time.

Great place to stop when traveling on I-81- easy on and off. Sites are level which helps us to stay hooked up to our fifth wheel and still put out our slides which is SUPER convenient! Almost all sites have a cement slab to step out onto! Picnic tables... fire pit! Staff are friendly and helpful. The store offers a little bit of everything! Their food and ice cream is GOOD!! We have stayed here many- many times and we will be staying here again.

Great spot for our overnight stops when passing thru the area. Great staff and clean, level sites. Easy in and out with my 41' 5th wheel!
