I called to make sure I could get propane when I arrived to supplement the electric heat. Unfortunately the woman on duty was not comfortable running the propane equipment. Please work on this as she was in charge of your entire operation and if I had known there would be an issue, I would have been better prepared myself. Thank you. Otherwise I love this campground.

It is always a joy to stay at the KOA campground in Jonestown Hershey. Exceptionally well-maintained. The majority of the campsites are pull through sites. Close to all of the attractions for Hershey.

We were lucky to get a site along the creek which gives a feeling of privacy in one direction. Early online check-in was a nice touch. The recent upgrade to the store was nice and the option to purchase beer really helps after a long drive! No need to stop at a store for your essentials!

Very nice, spacious sites. The staff was so helpful in meeting out needs. The food service is very good also. This is our second stay here and we will be back.

We only stayed one night, so it is hard to rate the campground. Our site was a pull through and very roomy with a concrete pad for the picnic table. The area had a fair amount of trees which made it attractive. There is a large playground and plenty of area where we could walk our dogs. We would stay there again if we wanted to spend time at Hershey Park

Easy on off highway. Great dog park and kids’ playground. Easy reliable hookups. Great staff and nice setting.

We only stayed one night (passing through the area). The campground is very nice with trees throughout, site was level and spacious. Did not feel crowded. Likes the curbside check-in. TConveniently located off I-81 and traffic noise was not an issue. Would definitely stay again and stay longer.

Been going to this campground for nearly 30 years. Lots of improvements have been made to the campground despite having to deal with flooding from the Swatara Creek several times. Staff are friendly, general store well stocked with essentials and campsites well kept. Improvements could be made to the gravel roads throughout the campground. When it rains there is no run off and makes it messy

We were looking for a campground close to I81 as we were just passing through. This was a very nice campground, nice sites friendly staff. It was a nice bonus to have the restaurant right there so if you don’t feel like cooking you could order food and have it delivered right to your site. We would definitely stay again next time we are traveling through.

Thank you! We do have a nice menu, although limited at this time. We strive to make your stay as convenient as possible with food & grocery choices, RV supplies, tons of beverage options, even those with alcohol & ice cream.

We stay there twice a year every year one our way from Massachusetts to Florida. It’s a beautiful place to stay and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Limited staff made it frustrating at check in

Curbside check-in moves quickly, even with one person escorting, most people are on site with 3 minutes, five at the most, unless there is a problem onsite. We apologize for testing your patience. Safe travels.

Great place to stop when traveling on I-81- easy on and off. Sites are level which helps us to stay hooked up to our fifth wheel and still put out our slides which is SUPER convenient! Almost all sites have a cement slab to step out onto! Picnic tables... fire pit! Staff are friendly and helpful. The store offers a little bit of everything! Their food and ice cream is GOOD!! We have stayed here many- many times and we will be staying here again.

Great spot for our overnight stops when passing thru the area. Great staff and clean, level sites. Easy in and out with my 41' 5th wheel!
