Staff very cordial. Breakfast for $6 — fresh made pancakes were delicious, fruit was old, eggs dry and potatoes way too hot.

Every interaction with staff and guests was top notch. If we'd anything but passing through, we'd have explored a little more. The hostess found a way to give me a child's breakfast of just fruit as I have allergies to the remainder of the menu. Outstanding!

We stayed in a pull through up front with our travel trailer and I had a first. Trailer was level. Side to side, leveled the front when I got off of it and we were done!! Very nice hosts and very accommodating. WiFi actually works.

Lovely setting, good spot and very helpful staff. We've been staying at the Las Vegas NM KOA for years and plan on staying there in the fall 2022.

It’s a great place, good location. They even served us a delicious breakfast for a nominal price. We were pleased to be able to stop there as it was a phenomenally windy day on interstate 25. Water hook up was broken and leaked badly so we turned it off. I know it’s hard to get people to fix things, also repair parts are in short supply. I felt we shouldn’t be charged for a full hook up.

The power went out and I know it’s not the fault of KOA but it does decrease the value and the experience of our stay.

Sorry for the inconvenience, area wide electricity was only out for less than an hour in daylight hours.

I had a package shipped to campground. I thought the packages was lost. It sat at office for 4 days. The package was damage bad. Contents was missing. My vehicle was hit while parked at my site. Campground did no follow up. The campground was very clean. Quiet and beautiful.

Marlee, our registration clerk, said your package was damaged when she took it out of the mail box....On the other issue, our front office clerk said that when the guest bumped your vehicle the two of you came together to talk and apparently reached an agreement.

The sewer connection was bad and had no threads. The utility connections are in the wrong place.

Susan and her co workers were great hosts. The bathrooms, showers were very clean. The location was nice and praceful, stargazing at night. Peaceful location. Thank you!

The positive: staff is very friendly and credited me back about 1/3 for our woes. The negative - my site was far from level, a stretch to hookups, and had a dangerous electrical connection. The socket was a 30-amp socket, as expected, but the breaker was a 50-amp double. The next morning, I was assured that only 110-volt was wired to it, but I'm not plugging a 30-amp plug into a 50-amp socket.

Thank you for your feedback....Your circuit breakers in your RV would have protected your RV from any surges. And, Henry, our maintenance man, said in his 19 years at the Park he has never heard of a rv damaged from a surge. Thank you for your concern and we are inspecting all our plug-ins.

Everyone was so friendly. Bathrooms / showers were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. My only curiosity was that they allowed the public to use the laundry room. I didn’t have any problems with getting a machine, but it is a public laundry room….this might become problematic….. my thoughts are if I am staying at a koa…paying for the amenities…I want them fully availab

We stayed at the Las Vegas, New Mexico KOA on our way to Colorado from Arizona. We enjoyed the experience so much we came back on our way home. The customer service is excelent. They make a very good breakfast every day for a very reasonable price. The man who works there saw us coming in well after closing time and he came over to make sure we got setteled. The park was very clean! Thank you!!!!!

We got to the KOA a little early and the sign on the door said closed for lunch but they had the night drop info prepared with our name and map. Fortunately, the owner came out and greeted us anyway (very friendly)! Spoke about the campground, amenities, and escorted us to our site. Nicely treed for relaxing- some sites might be tight with longer rigs so verify fit. Breakfast is a TREAT!

Very nice campground. Great bathrooms and showers. We were weary overnight campers looking for a pull through and arrived after hours but a staff member came to help get us signed in and helped us find the right spot. So thankful and we rested well.

We stayed extended stay for 13 weeks. The campground is very clean and large spots. Most spots have shrubbery to make it feel private. Did not get to try the pool as it was out of season. Our specific site was large enough to park 2 vehicles beside our camper. Staff are overly friendly and very helpful with all your needs. Wifi is the usual for campgrounds. There is no Verizon signal but AT&T and T Mobile full bat 5 G. Interstate noise is very minimal. Would definitely recommend.

Nice campground! Great location with trees at each site. Very clean restrooms/showers. Susan is the nicest person you'd ever want to meet and she makes a great breakfast if you don't want to cook your own. Easy reservation change when weather delayed our original arrival date and easy check-in after hours. Not our first time and won't be our last!!
