Small, a bit out of the town; however, a great place and the breakfast provided was much appreciated.

Bathrooms and laundry behind the office were clean and the showers worked well, as did the laundry. The breakfast prepared by the host the next morning looked very good. The picnic table was slanted, as there was no spot to make it level, and the cabin was cold due to air leaking through the door. There was a heater, but it made so much noise we couldn't sleep with it on.

We stayed there twice. Both sites had trees, restrooms were very nice, heated. The road into the KOA was a bit bumpy. We would stay there again.

Very nice, it's off the highway a bit but nice. the electrical box's are being updated and the water is spring fed. Staff is great and they offer breakfast for 5.00. We will stay a week next time.

We were put in one of the worker sites. A little difficult to get into and the road into the camp is rough and narrow. Don't know about the other sites so can't commit on them. Think it was a little pricey ad we stayed at USA RV park in Gallup NM for the same price and their place is easier to get to and a lot nicer.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The road getting to the campground is a part of the original route 66. The site you were in is used mainly for longer rigs when we don't have other spaces available. A lot of people enjoy the seclusion that site offers

We have stayed here many times. Nice cg. BUT we noticed loose dogs as well as barking dogs. Very good breakfast.

Staff was amazing and friendly great location if your looking to do a lot of hiking but at different location around the area. Knowledgeable staff as well about great hikes. And amazing assistance in setting up our RV

Very nice park. The bathrooms could use an update but all in all, the showers were hot and the people were friendly. We especially appreciated the willingness of management to move others who had reserved, to accommodate our unanticipated longer stay. We will for sure stay here again.

No smoking signs are in restrooms and cabins but there's always smoke in the office area. Also it would be nice if you could open both windows in cabin #2. Office staff are always very helpful.

We have stayed here several times on our way back and forth between Phoenix and Fort Collins. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating!

WiFi poor. No club house/rec. room. No walking paths. Sites aren’t level. Sites are long pull-throughs.

Smoking in office area should not be allowed.

We strictly enforce our no-smoking policy in all of our buildings. We're not as good controlling what happens in the outdoors area in front of our doors. We will pay more attention to this issue in the future.

Staff is welcoming, supportive, and very helpful. On-site breakfast is a very nice option too. Store has a bit of everything to meet your needs. Our pull through site had a great view of the mountains which we enjoyed. Work ongoing to regrade and add gravel to individual sites. Ours had not been completed and was a bit muddy. Bathrooms were clean and serviced daily, but a bit tired.

Thank you for the nice comments. With regard to the wet ground, there was a walloping snow storm just before you arrived. We are reviewing what we could do about that in the future.

Nice campground! Just wish we would have had more time to enjoy the area. Our campsite and those around us really need to be leveled out so it doesn't take so much effort, boards and whatever else is handy to get the coach level. Our wheels were off the ground and still not level so maybe just a little grading and releveling the spots would be helpful. The staff were extremely pleasant.

Easy check in, clean bathrooms. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast offer, but thought that was a great idea nd perfect if traveling with children. This was a perfect stip over destination.

We stayed extended stay for 13 weeks. The campground is very clean and large spots. Most spots have shrubbery to make it feel private. Did not get to try the pool as it was out of season. Our specific site was large enough to park 2 vehicles beside our camper. Staff are overly friendly and very helpful with all your needs. Wifi is the usual for campgrounds. There is no Verizon signal but AT&T and T Mobile full bat 5 G. Interstate noise is very minimal. Would definitely recommend.

Nice campground! Great location with trees at each site. Very clean restrooms/showers. Susan is the nicest person you'd ever want to meet and she makes a great breakfast if you don't want to cook your own. Easy reservation change when weather delayed our original arrival date and easy check-in after hours. Not our first time and won't be our last!!
