Stayed for one night. Kind of disappointing when we checked in and were told all that goes on. No water pressure as gravity fed. Why don't they do a tank and pressure pump? Internet didn't show on our computers and we were closest spot to office. Were told Verizon doesn't work at this campground and since we are Verizon and internet didn't work, we had no connectivity. Other than that, nice.

Wow! The lower row you parked in gets strong water pressure. You probably didn't pull the handle on the spigot all the way up...You also mentioned the wifi. You didn't mention the trenches around you at the time where internet fiber optic cable was being installed. It's good to ask a few questions

We love this KOA and stay every chance we can! We were so very sad we had to leave early and miss there scrumpous breakfast.

I love this campground. Easy to get to and from I-25. The staff is super nice and will help you with anything you need. The morning breakfasts are really good, and it is nice to have that available. The site was level, electrical is proper and the mountain views are outstanding. This is a great place to stop overnight on your travels or spend a few days and enjoy the area.

Very disappointed with our site. Could NOT get satellite service. I tried to call back to the office, but the phone went straight to a recording. Paid for Full Hook-up, but couldn't use water or sewer. Also, did not provide pizza to order.

I'm sorry about your issues. Our winter office hours are until 6:00 at night. It is quite dark at that hour....Don't know why you were not able to use the sewer or water.

This was a quick one nite stay. No issues. Would not be a destination campground. Great views are spoiled by all the power lines. (this is not campgrounds fault.)

Sorry about your issues here. Don't know why you wouldn't have called the office about the water pressure. During the winter months our occupancy is down and our water pressure is way up.....We have the cell phone towers for AT&T, T-Mobile & Sprint on-site. New Wifi starting any day.

We got there after dark and after checking in, the man in the office walked over to our camp site while we followed him. I thought that was great.

Way over priced for a single night stay in my opinion. The park was very nice though. 50.00 per night though is what is driving folks to hotels vs pulling their campers.

Beautiful area. Nice big pull in sites. The thing that frustrated me and why I didn't give 5 stars is all the dog poop on the ground! Poop on the paths at the dog park gate and just about every where! I am a responsible dog owner and found that the only garbage cans are in the dog park or the large bin by the pool. I feel if more trash cans and dog stations were available this would help the prob!

Park is convenient and quiet. Could use more TLC but overall good experience. Attendant very friendlyband helpful. Spent a holiday there to avoid traveling that day. Las Vegas has an interesting history.

Great place to stay for a night or two or a week. The hosts there are fantastic and helpful! The breakfast is most enjoyable! The water pressure is good, no pressure regulator needed. The restrooms/showers were always clean. Close enough to town for groceries and supplies but far enough away to get away. We will stay again if we're in the area.

Very easy check in even though we were late at 9:30 pm. Easy site access even in the dark. There is some steady droning noise that was annoying but I think it was from another camper and not the road or the campground. It wasn't all the time but was frequent. The road noise is minimal.

Only neded one night. All was provided that we needed. Friendly, helpful attendant. Glad we called ahead as the GPS directions are wrong. Very easy to get to from exit 337.

Beautiful property, great staff. Was disappointed there was no 120 W hookup with the 30 amp. Also wasn’t pleased with horrible WiFi when I already had no signal- not making it ideal for long term.

Sorry about your issues here...Alternatively, you could have used the AT&T, T-Mobile, Spint cell towers at the edge of Park. With the possibility that one family can use 35 mbs streaming tv shows, parks are having to upgrade systems and small parks are facing fiber optic costs of $2,000-$4,000/month

Water pressure at our site, No. 1, was almost non existent as compared to neighboring sites. Although the site advertises It is possible to have low pressure, ours didn't hardly run. I used the neighboring site with a hose and it then ran fine. A little disappointed.

Disappointed you didn't bring the water issue to our attention....It's hard to explain how you said the sight next door had water but yours didn't as they're all on the same pipe.

I liked the location of this KOA, which is easy to reach, and was glad that I did not have to listen all night in my tent to loud highway traffic. I also appreciated the consideration given to assigning my tent site (within easy walk of facilities). Best of all was the offer of a homecooked breakfast at a really great price, which started my next day's travels in a wonderful way.

Poor WiFi water spigot leaked with no resolution. Water and sewer at our site was to far from RV.

Sorry for your issues here....However, I think we're one of the few parks in the US with an AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint cell phone tower on the edge of our property...A portion of our Wifi (separate system) did go down last week and a service company has scheduled us...No puddling there at this moment

You must have come in after hours....We have the actual cell phone towers in the back of the Park for AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint. Verizon cell tower is eight miles up Interstate 25. We're hoping to have our internal wifi system upgraded next week.

This is a large park with older areas that provide a good amount of shade. The water pressure is a bit low, but workable. Near Fort Union and other historical sites. Interactive and friendly staff and host made our stay even more pleasant.

Clean, friendly, easy on/off the highway. Sites was level and provided a great view. I25 is behind the campground but very little road noise. We’d stay again if in the Santa Fe area.

Awesome campground. Beautiful and well maintained. Friendly owner, that serves breakfast in the morning if you order it (we did that both times we stayed there). The dog park is really nice and big. Our dogs loved to be able to run around in it. We only stayed one night, so we did not use the full hook up even though it was available. If you do, be aware, that the water pressure is low.

We stayed extended stay for 13 weeks. The campground is very clean and large spots. Most spots have shrubbery to make it feel private. Did not get to try the pool as it was out of season. Our specific site was large enough to park 2 vehicles beside our camper. Staff are overly friendly and very helpful with all your needs. Wifi is the usual for campgrounds. There is no Verizon signal but AT&T and T Mobile full bat 5 G. Interstate noise is very minimal. Would definitely recommend.

Nice campground! Great location with trees at each site. Very clean restrooms/showers. Susan is the nicest person you'd ever want to meet and she makes a great breakfast if you don't want to cook your own. Easy reservation change when weather delayed our original arrival date and easy check-in after hours. Not our first time and won't be our last!!
