Very friendly staff and lots of amenities. Some of the sites are a little off, but not bad. Have stayed here before, and will again.

Booked and paid based on full hook-ups for late arrival. Site had only water and electricity no sewer. Water pressure was so low it could not properly flush my toilet. This campground was not up to KOA standards.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I am going to suggest always checking your email confirmation to make sure you received the correct date and site type. You only paid for a water and electric spot. Making reservations the same day as your stay can limit the availability

Lovely park with lots of smallish trees. The management is friendly and helpful. There is, however, low water pressure that can make showering in your RV a bit of a challenge, but it is doable.

Breakfast by Susan was great with fresh fruit and fresh made pancakes. Very pretty area though just off Interstate with a some highway noise. Patio site wasn't up to the standards of other patio offerings and restrooms were old but warm and clean with nice hot shower.

When we arrived at our booked campsite, it was occupied. No one was in the office to take care of the matter, so we set up our travel trailer at the next campsite, only to be told 2 hrs later we had to move to another site. We had to unhook and rehook to water/electricity at another site. The water pressure was slow. This was very inconvenient. I will not be staying at this KOA again.

My site was to small for my rig and they changed me to a upgraded site at no charge! Very nice people and a breakfast at reasonable price!

Nice clean RV park! We stayed one night in our 5th wheel in site 54 right behind the office. Park was quiet and dog friendly!

This is a great stopover and perfect location on our travels. The breakfast is fantastic especially with the green chili potatoes.

Great location. Incredibly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast; really got us started right on our next travel day. We were there for one night and loved it. Wifi a little weak but otherwise everything worked perfectly. We'll be back

Excellent staff. Very level site. Quiet. Great for dogs. They provided a guide to our site who helped us get in straight and made sure we found all the hookup sources.

Enjoyed the area campground quiet during my stay! Only struggle was the WiFi. AT&T works in this area tho. Easy enough in and out, sites good, and no trouble with water pressure-gravity drain tanks - I was made aware at check in - not a problem! Also needed to extend my stay a night, taken care of without a worry! Thanks!

I've had a great stay. The owner and staff have been so accommodating. It is quiet and peaceful. They even cook breakfast for you for a small fee. The grounds are well kept and the bathhouse is so clean and there is easy access to hwy 25. I will return here when I come back to town.

The internet was none usable and cell signal was so weak it was difficult to die simple this like checking email. If you stay at this camp ground you will need a wiboost in order to have any connection. Given the rate they charge, a general internet connect seems reasonable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I guess you didn't see the cell tower on the property for AT@T, T-Mobile and Sprint which provides very strong reception. Verizon's tower is 8 miles north on I-25 and is weaker. We tell this to every guest at check in, but often the guest checking in doesn't tell their spouse in their rig.

I have stayed at numerous KOA locations and this is the bare minimum to qualify as a KOA campground. The sites are gravel and dirt, mostly dirt. The WiFi was mostly unavailable. As mentioned in other reviews, the access road is very rough. Site space was very small and unlevel.

We had a friendly check-in and a level site. Our water pressure was insufficient so we had to run off of tank water. The road into the KOA was very bumpy and the roads in the KOA were rutted and had washed out places. The campground was quiet and we had a beautiful view as well as a nice star gazing view.

Sorry about your issues here....The Kampground is less than a mile from the interstate exit. The bumpy portion is less than 1/2 mile in length and is the original Route 66.

Cute stop on our road trip. The hosts are wonderful. Perfect overnight. On our list to stay at for a few of the local National Parks next summer.

Very nice staff, loved the pancake breakfast. Quite close to the highway so there was road noise and the water pressure could be an issue as their system was gravity fed. Overall, though, nice place!

No service for Verizon and WiFi wouldn’t connect this Koa is a little old and tired looking for the $71 a night fee and plenty of road noise from I-25

Sorry about your hookup problems, however, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint cell towers are on the property adjacent to us. Rates and ocupancies are elevated during the 10-day Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque, and as far as the Colorado Border town of Raton.

We stayed extended stay for 13 weeks. The campground is very clean and large spots. Most spots have shrubbery to make it feel private. Did not get to try the pool as it was out of season. Our specific site was large enough to park 2 vehicles beside our camper. Staff are overly friendly and very helpful with all your needs. Wifi is the usual for campgrounds. There is no Verizon signal but AT&T and T Mobile full bat 5 G. Interstate noise is very minimal. Would definitely recommend.

Nice campground! Great location with trees at each site. Very clean restrooms/showers. Susan is the nicest person you'd ever want to meet and she makes a great breakfast if you don't want to cook your own. Easy reservation change when weather delayed our original arrival date and easy check-in after hours. Not our first time and won't be our last!!
