We arrived around midnight, our check in information was posted outside the office, very easy to find out Kabin! I had called ahead to let them know we'd be late and just before they closed the office for the day we received a call from the managers...this was very thoughtful! The cabin was comfortable and all was good!

Welcoming office staff upon arrival. Help d get us oriented as we’re somewhat new to KOA. Location is quiet although fir some the distant train activity may interfere with their needs. We stayed in Kamper Cabin 2. Street light illuminates cabin at night but free night lite or use curtains. Overall quiet with personable campers. We hope we measured up.

Comfortable cabin. Cabin we stayed in a major park had thin mattresses. This was much better. Felt like sleeping on boards. Peaceful and quite I'm Miles City. If we had more time would have explored the area.

Cabin was just ok. Bathroom and Showers need a lot of TLC. Dirty and old. Perk, it is walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Great stay, loved our cabin, screendoor is a very nice touch (did not have this at any other KOA we stayed on our trip!), and the eating/picnic area was spacious. Playground was the saddest one, though--old equipment and not much there. Liked the location--it's near the downtown area, yet secluded. Would happily stay here again.

The men’s bathroom was dirty and there was no COVID protocol in place. Also there were a lot of cobwebs and dirt on the porch and around the light and it was messy. The area around the cabin was not keep well, dusty and very dry. The flowers were a nice accent and we know how hot it had been but they were still flowering.

Very comfortable and clean kampingkabin. Restroom and shower facilities were nice, too. Overall great experience. I stayed here in my travel trailer in June and was happy to be back.

We spent our weekend with our family we decided to have Christmas �in July. This koa was wonderful. The owners were so very helpful with everything. I was so excited to see there office and how wonderful it is stocked. The cabins were absolutely spotless. The bathroom were super clean the camper sighs were clean. Everything was above and beyond nice. We had a wonderful weekend. Oh and the swimm

Positive: clean amenities, fridge in room, staff knowledgeable of area, by the Yellowstone river. Negative: lack of privacy, while checking in employee taking reservation had caller on speaker phone, and read back all cc info to confirm everyone on lobby heard callers name cc info and security code. Cabin 1 ac not working properly, fan bent and doesn't work.

The Miles City KOA just keeps getting nicer and nicer. We stay at least once each summer and enjoy our time there.

Owners of this KOA are very nice. We rented a cabin which was clean sans a few moths, but nothing abnormal. Bathrooms were nice and clean with plenty of hot water for showers. Camp store is a little sparser than some we’ve stayed at, but functional. it took hours for the AC to cool the hot cabin (100+ earlier in the day). Would recommend turning on prior to guest arrival.

Unlikely to recommend a cabin. Air conditioner terrible. Was loud & while it pushed some cool air, it did nothing to bring down the temp in the cabin. Had ceiling fan on but not enough to move the little cool air around. Very stuffy & uncomfortable. Cancelled rest of KOA cabin reservations & lost all of our deposits. Drove straight home 24 hours as we didn't want another hot, sleepless night.

Clean bathrooms, camper cabin was spotless. Easy and friendly check-in. I only stayed 1 night and will definitely stay here again when passing thru the area.

We have stayed at Miles City KOA cabins many times, twice this summer. 1st time all employees wore masks inside. This time inside the office/store a manager type/owner was not wearing a mask, and encouraged other near him not to as well. This shows great disrespect to your employees, customers, and community. If you don't follow this simple MT law, what other corners do you cut?

We stayed in one of the cabins. After watching the staff clean the cabin next door I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the cabins. The young gal wiped down everything - including the porch railings! Staff was friendly and efficient. Bathrooms were clean and odor free. Great place and great city!!

The cabins were adorable and equipped with air conditioner, heater, mini fridge and fan! The bathrooms were nice and close and the bed was comfortable. If I am ever in Miles City and need a place to stay, I would stay there again! Thank you.

It was such a lovely experience! The cabin was cozy & air conditioned, the facilities were always clean and stocked, the firewood was affordable and the camp store had everything we could need. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we couldn’t use the loaner grills, but that was the only downside. Highly recommend looking for Montana moss agates on the Yellowstone River, too.

I loved my stay here. The campground has beautiful trees and is very quiet. The bathrooms were kept very clean as was the cabin. The location is fantastic... there’s a great walk to rivers and in the morning it was a 7 minute walk to a gas station for my morning coffee. I highly recommend this KOA!

Train noise all night!!! Another wise nice for passing through. Not much to do.

Nice stop on a stretch of hiway without many options. Clean cabins, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, fair price. Those cabin mattresses could be thicker though...

The campsite is between the river, the railway and a trailer park in a run down area. The whole place was shabby and can use a deep clean.

The cabin mattress threw my husband's back out for a week, it was TERRIBLE, like a prison matt! The bathrooms were FILTHY, they claimed to clean after each use but I know this wasn't happening. I dropped the top of my deodorant after showering and forgot to throw it away...it was still there the next morning and it had the sign that it had been cleaned and sanitized for COVID....nope...gross.

Sorry to hear this. You stayed two days ago, how could that throw your husbands back out for a week? Bathrooms were cleaned at 9pm and again at 8 am and each hour afterwards. Don't know what a prison mattress looks like, but ours is foam with rubber that is cleaned both sides after each stay. Maybe another campground?

Always my favorite half way point to stay, take the small hike down the tongue river until you get to the confluence of the Yellowstone. Showers and facilities are always clean. Great job.

We booked the day before as a one night stay while passing between Wyoming and North Dakota. We pulled in after hours and left early. I think we were there a total of 12 hours. Didn't unhook truck or use amenities. Staff on the phone were friendly. Nice shady park with trees. We had a great pull through spot on the end. Arrived Oct 9th for 1 night. 1st stay. Had previous reservation. Lady checked us in easy and friendly. We were guided to site 20 as we asked previously for a site suitable for NOT unhitching our 20ft trailer. They had an unexpected sewer backup that morning which was being fixed by contractor. Rail line in vicinity but no issues. Sites are good size but no shrubs etc between. Small store in office. Huge cottonwoods. Nice info sheet for local places of interest. Wifi and cable tv are great.
