We stayed here two nights and the staff were very pleasant to deal with and the facilities were clean and the sites were nice. The only issue we had was that people would walk their dogs through other's campsites and allow them to do their business. We have a dog and are very dog friendly but the owners were irresponsible and were walking through occupied campsites constantly. VERY irresponsible.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying. This year 30% of the campers are first timers. We would be glad to explain edicate to them or one could just help them understand. Let us know next time please and we can help!

Decent place to stay

Nice except for the cottonwood seeds

Campground was clean but small. The older gentlemen who was working at the park was very rude to our kids..

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Yes, clean and cozy. We do expect children to follow safe rules while in the campground and pool area. Stern but respectful the second time we asked.

Nice park; pool is unheated.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Pool is heated to 78 degrees, not to bath water temperatures.

Great campground. The owner gave a thorough history lesson of the area in under two minutes (I said that was the only time I had). When he was done, I wanted to hear more! Thanks for a great stay, clean bathrooms, park, and laundry.

The cottonwood grove on-site was very old, with very large trees. The seed float was on, so it looked like it just snowed, when it was actually 95 degrees out. The sites were spacious. Access to the site was very good, but if the sites were all occupied, it might have been a puzzle to walk to the bathroom/shower house.

Very nice campgrounds that is well maintained.
Jul 09, 2020
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice size easy pull through sites.
Jul 09, 2020
Very well run and clean. Nice to see Covid 19 information for the campground passed out to campers.

Owners appropriately defended their property against an antagonistic trump supporter. I was so impressed with the owners actions. I would stay again and have already been here 3 other times. Top notch campground

The location is good. the property itself seems to have many extended stay/ permanent occupants and located next to a mobile home park. Rather industrial area. However large trees and shaded. Many Cottonwoods "shedding" so could not sit outside. Says you can walk to main street but didn't look very safe and about 6 blocks away. Ok for overnight. Restrooms/Showers closed.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Restrooms are open and we know that using your own facilities in your camper greatly reduces your Covid risk. You are still allowed to use the KOA restrooms if you wish and we are cleaning our restrooms every two hours 8-8pm. Trees seed about two weeks a year. This is a safe area with excellent city water close to downtown. Traveling nurses staying here.

We were in Lot 1. Loud trucks driving by late at night. Close to a train track, train whistles noise. Surrounded by sketchy neighborhood.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying. The train track next to the campground is abandoned. You can hear the other train about a mile away. Safe town.

We made a mistake, and had booked the wrong date. Lucky for us, they had availability, and the KOA staff were quick to adjust our reservation and accommodate us that day. We truly appreciated the extra effort and kindness shown to us. Our campsite was spacious and the cottonwoods were gorgeous. Full hookups worked well. We did not use other amenities due to Covid-19, but everything looked great.

Stayed a week, when we told them we would have a 5 year old with us they selected a campsite just across from the play ground, good people, friendly. this is the third time we have stayed at Miles city KOA and will stay there again.

Nice location and quiet. I would recommend.

Our 2 day stay was nice. But do not stay there in june when the cotton wood bloom is happening. Absolutely horrible. It lasts for a whole month and it's just pure white. Had to blow out air conditioners after one night of running them. Otherwise a very nice place. Would recommend. We stayed 6-25 to 6-28-20.

Molly was very helpful when we called. Our campsite was perfect. We were traveling to WA to help with a new baby and wanted to social distance. The employees we dealt with were all wearing masks which we appreciate. Guests were also provided with the protocols for COVID phase 1. We appreciate the service and efforts to help prevent the spread while retaining a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Excellent place to stay. Shady, nice spots. Good sized sites. Friendly people! Cottonwood pollen is tough if you have allergies but I would recommend to stay there. It's a great spot.

It was a nice campground, I appreciated how hard they worked to make sure their campers stayed safe with all the COVID-19 concerns! Kids had a lot of fun with the pool and it was a nice area to camp in!

Nice quiet campground right next to beautiful Tongue River. Nice trails along river down to the Yellowstone River. Sites were spacious and trees were huge. Clean bathrooms and showers too.

We booked the day before as a one night stay while passing between Wyoming and North Dakota. We pulled in after hours and left early. I think we were there a total of 12 hours. Didn't unhook truck or use amenities. Staff on the phone were friendly. Nice shady park with trees. We had a great pull through spot on the end. If you're a light sleeper like me… the trains will keep you up all night. I posted a quick video of the park on YouTube: Wandered Off or check my IG @wanderingbrandi

Arrived Oct 9th for 1 night. 1st stay. Had previous reservation. Lady checked us in easy and friendly. We were guided to site 20 as we asked previously for a site suitable for NOT unhitching our 20ft trailer. They had an unexpected sewer backup that morning which was being fixed by contractor. Rail line in vicinity but no issues. Sites are good size but no shrubs etc between. Small store in office. Huge cottonwoods. Nice info sheet for local places of interest. Wifi and cable tv are great.
