It was a very nice quick stop. I was traveling solo from Oregon to Wisconsin because my wife needed to fly home to see her dying mother. It was a very easy site to hook up and I appreciated everything!

Great park, short walk to restaurants and the charm of downtown. Friendly staff, clean facilities and level site. But close to River and nice walk but plenty of mosquitoes in area. Would definitely recommend staying here again

This is a nice Campground literally in walking distance of Downtown Miles City and also two great visits - The Waterworks Art Museum and The Tange Riders Museum. The owners are new this year and are very conscientious of having a nice, clean campground. They are doing a lot of work to update and improve it.

KOA was almost full.. we had a nice spot and set up and relaxed. The place was very clean and we took a nice walk around with our 4 small dogs. Staff was friendly at check in and we would be sure to stay there again if we are in the area.

Beautiful campground. Big shady trees throughout. The staff was incredibly accommodating. First, our trip was delayed due to weather and then when the host suggested another site since our vehicle was just too long for the assigned site. My one and only complaint was that some of the campers didn’t keep their dogs on leash. We couldn’t walk our dogs around very much due to this.

Campground was nice but there were some maintenance items that need to be address. The sewer cap had hole in it and no matter what I tried I could not get the water faucet to stop leaking.

We paid for a full hookup pull through spot. When we arrived, we were informed that our spot’s ‘sewer’ was backed up so we weren’t able to set up our hose to dump after our stay. We weren’t offered any type of comp for this. Disappointed.

Sites are level and full hookups. Good cable hookup. The CG is very close to town and tourist sites but tucked into the trees. Lots of places to walk the dog plus an enclosed pet area. The river road is well traveled and a little noisey, but quiet at night.

Had a great overnight stay. New owners are working hard to restore this (2nd oldest KOA in the nation) campground and doing a great job. The cottonwood trees are fabulous, the location near downtown (yet quiet) is convenient for walking/biking, and the store is well-stocked with reasonably priced goods. The new owners are very service oriented.

We booked the day before as a one night stay while passing between Wyoming and North Dakota. We pulled in after hours and left early. I think we were there a total of 12 hours. Didn't unhook truck or use amenities. Staff on the phone were friendly. Nice shady park with trees. We had a great pull through spot on the end. Arrived Oct 9th for 1 night. 1st stay. Had previous reservation. Lady checked us in easy and friendly. We were guided to site 20 as we asked previously for a site suitable for NOT unhitching our 20ft trailer. They had an unexpected sewer backup that morning which was being fixed by contractor. Rail line in vicinity but no issues. Sites are good size but no shrubs etc between. Small store in office. Huge cottonwoods. Nice info sheet for local places of interest. Wifi and cable tv are great.
