Milton KOA Holiday General Information

We want your family to feel right at home! Each of our campsites is reserved for one family, which includes two primary adults and up to four dependent children under 21. To keep everyone comfortable, each site is limited to one camping unit. If space allows, one small 8x8 tent for children is also permitted. If you have adult children (ages 21 and older) joining the fun, they are more than welcome to stay overnight and enjoy all our facilities for just $5.00 per night (increasing to $10.00 per night starting with the 2027 season), up to a maximum of two adult children per site. 

To ensure everyone has plenty of space, we allow a maximum of two vehicles per site (with prior notice). You are welcome to park at your site as long as there is enough room to keep all wheels completely off the grass. If things feel a bit tight, please use the parking available at the clubhouse.

We are now accepting reservations for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 camping seasons! Please note that all weekend bookings require payment in full at the time of reservation. If you have an existing booking made prior to this policy update, any remaining balance is due by April 1st of the scheduled year. To ensure a fair process for all guests, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not offer a waitlist or the ability to hold sites.

To guarantee your favorite spot or keep your group together, take advantage of our KOA Select My Site feature for a one-time $15.00 fee. Without this selection, our system may shift site assignments to optimize availability, meaning your site number could change prior to check-in. Please use the Special Requests field only for specific needs, such as handicap accessibility. Site requests written here will not be honored, as specific numbers must be secured through the KOA Select My Site option.

Golf cart rentals are booked separately from camping reservations and are not available for online booking. To reserve one, please call us or stop by the office in person. Please keep in mind that all golf cart reservations follow the same booking and cancellation policies as our campsite reservations.

RV & Tent Sites: If you cancel before 7 days (by 3:00 PM) of your arrival, you will be refunded minus a $20.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 7 days (after 3:00 PM) of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose one night.

RV & Tent Sites - Holiday: If you cancel before 7 days (by 3:00 PM) of your arrival, you will be refunded minus a $20.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 7 days (after 3:00 PM) of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose the full amount paid.

Sleeping Cabins & Deluxe Cottages: If you cancel before 14 days (by 3:00 PM) of your arrival date, you will be refunded minus a $20.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 14 days (after 3:00 PM) of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose one night.

Sleeping Cabins & Deluxe Cottages - Holiday: If you cancel before 14 days (by 3:00 PM) of your arrival date, you will be refunded minus a $20.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 14 days (after 3:00 PM) of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose the full amount paid.

Monthly: Monthly reservations require a deposit of $150.00. If you cancel before 30 days (by 3:00 PM) of your arrival date, you will be refunded minus a $20.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 30 days (after 3:00 PM) of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose the $150.00 deposit.

Golf Carts: The same cancellation policy applies as sites.

Switching Weeks & Weekends: The same policy applies as cancellations.

Early Checkouts: No refunds are available for early checkouts.

Email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. Please call us or stop by the office in person.

To ensure our guests spend more time at the campfire and less time in the office, we are preparing all parking passes in advance for your upcoming stay.

Complimentary overnight parking is included for your first vehicle. If you have a second registered adult arriving in a separate car, we are happy to provide one additional pass! Just let us know before or at the time of your check-in, and we will hold their pass at the guard shack or clubhouse for a smooth entry. Please note that no additional passes can be issued after you check in, and park security requires all vehicles to have a valid pass to enter the park.

As a reminder, all registered vehicles must fit entirely within the gravel or cement portion of your assigned site. To preserve our grounds, parking on any part of the grass is strictly prohibited. If your vehicles do not fit comfortably on your site pad, please park in the clubhouse parking lot. Please remember that every vehicle on the grounds must have a car pass displayed at all times.

To operate a golf cart on the property (whether it is a rental or guest-owned), the driver must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Driver's License.

If You Are Renting a Golf Cart:
To pick up your rental golf cart, the registered driver must come to the office to complete the rental agreement.

Pick-Up Time: 3:00 PM on your scheduled pick-up day.
Return Time: 1:00 PM on your scheduled return day.
What to Bring: You must have your physical Driver's License and a Credit Card present to finalize the agreement.

If You Are Bringing a Personal Golf Cart:
All personal golf carts must be registered at the office immediately upon arrival to receive a park-authorized sticker.

Electric Carts Only: Only electric golf carts are permitted. Gas-powered carts are not allowed in the park.
Registration: Please bring your physical Driver's License and Proof of Insurance to the office to complete the registration agreement. To save time, you can email us a copy of your golf cart insurance in advance to [email protected], and we'll have it ready for you.
Annual Fee: There is an annual registration fee of $30.00 plus tax. This sticker is valid for the current calendar year.

Want to arrive early? Early check-in is available for $5.00 per hour prior to our standard 3:00 PM check-in time. To ensure your site is ready for you, please contact the office before your arrival to check availability.

Weekday Arrivals: When you arrive, please pull into any available spot in the clubhouse parking lot. Stop by the front desk inside the clubhouse so we can get you checked in before you head over to your campsite to settle in.

Weekend Arrivals: When you enter the campground, make your first stop at the guard shack. If you're camping, we'll hand over your welcome packet on the spot so you can go straight to your site and start relaxing. If you've booked a cabin or cottage, check in briefly at the guard shack first, then they'll send you up to the clubhouse to finalize your paperwork and grab your keys. Please have your physical Driver's License and Credit Card ready. Note that the guest checking in and signing the agreement must be the same person the reservation is booked under.

If you arrive after the clubhouse has closed, we've made it easy for you to settle in. You can find your welcome packet in the late-night check-in box on the back side of the woodshed (located directly in front of the clubhouse).

As you drive past the guard shack, just look for the "Train Depot" sign and the light on the woodshed. Open the box, find the orange envelope with your name on it, and you're all set to head to your site. Give us a heads-up if you know you'll be arriving late so we can have everything ready for you!

Check-out time for campsites is 1:00 PM. No formal check-out is required at the clubhouse, just leave your site as clean as you found it. We are unable to offer late check-outs, so please plan for a 1:00 PM departure.

Check-out time for cabins and cottages is 11:00 AM. Please drop your keys off at the clubhouse once your belongings are packed.

Want to stay a little longer? While your campsite or rental must be vacated on time, feel free to park at the clubhouse and keep using the facilities for the day!

Our pool and hot tub are open seasonally from opening day through closing day, weather and maintenance permitting. Please call for current updates.

Safety & Guidelines

Swim at Your Own Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is for recreational use only.

Supervision: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area.

Prohibited Items: For the safety of our guests, pets and glass bottles are strictly prohibited in the pool and hot tub area.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is strictly reserved for adult use at all times.

We love seeing your friends and family! To ensure the park remains comfortable and secure for all our registered campers, please note our visitor policy:

Check-In Required: All visitors must register at the guard shack or office. There is a $5.00 per person visitor fee. All visitors must exit the park by 11:00 PM.

Pre-Pay Option: If you would like to pay for your guests in advance, simply stop by the office. We'll prepare the pass before your visitor's arrival, and they can simply grab it from the guard shack/office when they arrive.

Visitor Parking: To keep campsites and roads clear and safe, all visitor vehicles must park in the clubhouse parking lot with a visible vehicle pass. Please remember that the parking passes included with your site are exclusively for registered overnight guests and cannot be transferred to day visitors.

We love hosting your furry friends! Please keep pets on a leash at all times and never leave them unattended at your site. For the comfort of all guests, please clean up after your pet immediately and keep barking to a minimum. Pets are prohibited in all buildings, the pool area, playgrounds, and the recreation field. For your convenience, we have KampK9 and a dog walk area available for your pets to enjoy!

Quiet hours are daily from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors during this time. Any behavior deemed a nuisance will not be tolerated. To maintain the peace:

Music: The use of radios and music is strictly prohibited after 11:00 PM.
Golf Carts: Please keep golf cart use to a minimum, using them only for essential travel to the bathhouse.
Warnings: Guests who receive multiple warnings for policy violations may be asked to leave the property.

Supervision & Closures

Curfew: Children under 18 must return to their designated campsites by 11:00 PM.
Facilities: For safety, the playgrounds and nature trail close daily at dusk.

Firewood, ice, and propane are available for purchase daily at the clubhouse during daylight hours. Please note that all sales are final.

We offer firewood delivery right to your site from morning until dusk. Just call the office or stop in to place your order. If you choose to bring your own wood, please ensure it is sourced from within a 10-mile radius of the campground to help us prevent the spread of invasive species.

To protect our environment, dumping garbage, raw sewage, or gray water on the ground, in the woods, or in fire pits is strictly prohibited.

Registered Guests: A designated dump station is available for those staying in sites without full hookups.

Non-Registered Guests: The dump station is accessible for a $20.00 fee.

While we hope for blue skies during your stay, weather conditions are unpredictable. We cannot guarantee favorable weather and do not offer exceptions to our policies based on the forecast.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that our standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings. Because processing reservations involves fixed costs, including non-refundable credit card processing fees, refunds for deposits will be handled strictly according to our established cancellation schedule, regardless of inclement weather.
