Great sites. Super clean. Shade and grass. The sites were very level. The staff was helpful with questions that we had. We will return!

This was my first time staying at a KOA. I was pleasantly surprised! We stayed in a cabin and it had all the amenities we could think of. We enjoyed grilling out on the patio, swimming in the pool and the private bathroom. We will be staying at a KOA in the future.

Wonderful shade from beautiful trees. All spaces were generous and easy to access, regardless of length. Crisp, beautiful grounds, attended carefully by the staff. Spotless, new, well-designed facilities.

We had a pleasant stay. I’m actually for much for Camping but this camp ground made me think I could for sure do it again. It was clean and the bathrooms actually were well taken care of!

Firstly, I would like to say that the bathrooms at this KOA are VERY CLEAN and I had no reservations about showering. Normally I am wary of campground showers. This campground is very dusty due to the campground roads and a huge vacant lot that is all dirt. Furthermore, there were so many Trump flags here that I can’t imagine immigrants or other minority communities would feel comfortable here.

We were put at the back of the KOA where it looked like permanent residents were living. We couldn't believe that a KOA would look like this. The trailers where people were living in the back were trashy. Junk piled up everywhere and nothing was put away. We were not impressed. We always seem to be very happy with KOA's and that's why we usually stay here. The front of the park looked nice.

This KOA is very clean and well-kept, and KOA staff were friendly and helpful. As a place to stay I would give it 5 stars, outside of our lodging.The website says our cabin sleeps 4-6 people. It doesn't. The bedroom and sleeper sofa sleep 4 adults, but an adult cannot even stand in the loft, and there's no air-conditioning up there. (Also, there wasn't a single sharp knife in the cabin.)

Our campsite was missing an awning, the wifi was very poor (the only reason we chose the KOA), and our campsite was right next to the playground. I get that this is a family-oriented facility, but this seemed like poor planning.The tent campsites were all practically on top of each other. I had low expectations coming in, but this all confirmed that I have no intention to book with KOA again.

Enjoyed our stay in a cabin. The location is excellent. The campground and facilities were maintained in excellent condition. We would stay there again

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of nice shade trees but not satellite friendly. The park was very quiet and peaceful. We did not use any of the amenities, so can’t comment on them. We have a 40’ SuperC and while our site looked level, it was uneven enough that we could not get parked so that our self leveling system would level our rig. Minor issue & would park here again.

Amazing KOA. Immaculate grounds and wonderful staff. Bill and Connie the managers are awesome. Gave lots of ideas of places to visit. Made us feel like home. Lots to do for the littles ones. Nice dog run. We loved the large grassy areas between sites.

Although we didn’t get to use every enmity they all looked great Best laid out campground we stayed in our several month trip. By far best Koa we have ever stayed in.

Nice little campground, my only real complaint would be the "hot" tub. My husband and I came out for our anniversary and we were really looking forward to time in the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was barely lukewarm and the jets did not work. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The stay was relaxing. The campground was very clean and quiet. The camp host(s) werr very knowledgeable about the area. We will be coming back to stay there.

Now one of our favorite KOAs. We stayed three nights and then moved over to the Ouray KOA for two nights but LEFT after one night because of their treatment of us. Unacceptable. We then we right back to Montrose for two nights and were glad to be back! We will return for sure!

Didn’t get to experience or enjoy as we were in site 1. Waste management truck pulled up to us, people were meeting to swap vehicles, employees parking perhaps. It was not pleasant. I would totally accept it if I had been told that was the only spot available when making reservations, but have no idea why we were sent to park behind the office. Clearly should be a discounted spot.

This KOA is a very nice park. Several things need improvement. There is a lot of dog poop that needs to be picked up. The men driving around on their golf carts were not friendly. No smiles etc. A little training here is needed.

The grounds are immaculate and the bathrooms very modern and clean. We are tent campers and lucked out with a Deluxe tent campsite between 2 cabins.The cutest style fireplace, artificial grass on the tent pad, electricity, no grill. Another grassy tent site with electricity between 2 buildings. The remaining tentsites are lined up next to each other with a partition, some with a tarp as shade.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Will be staying here again in the future when we are in the Montrose area.

Great location. Crushed rocks at sites but grass between sites. Sites large and level. Bathrooms, laundry and showers very clean. Pool closed for winter. Would definitely come here again.
