We cant say enough about our stay . We would highly recommend this KOA to all our family and rv family and friends . The very family like attitude and friendly atmosphere that was shown during our stay . Would give this site a 5 plus star rating we plan on returning in a few weeks

Easy in and out. All amenities available. Dryer was underpowered (paid for 2-30 min cycles to dry towels). Shaded sites.

Well run RV Park. Excellent care of facility. Pristine condition maintained by dedicated staff. Fourth of July BBQ for campground residents was a hit, and still managed to maintain social distancing...great food. If you have a satellite system, ask for a clear view space, as there are lots of great shad trees, but they can block satellite. Internet was down during our entire stay���

Have been to lots of KOA"S and this one is the best so far. Lots of room in campsites and the restrooms / showers are awesome. This is our 2nd time in the park and when we come back that way will stay their again. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

The deluxe cabin we stayed in was not as clean as it should have been. The refrigerator was terrible so was the stove. There are also tiny black bugs crawling around everywhere. The blinds were filthy. But then again this is a campground not a five-star hotel.

First the good: The grounds and facilities were immaculate. The RV sites looked nice with lawn and shade trees. Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Now the bad: NO COVID PRECAUTIONS!! There were 5 or 6 staff members in the office when I checked in and nobody was wearing a face mask. No distancing measures in place in the restrooms or elsewhere. Tent sites, like we had, were terrible.

Stayed during Kovid Virus. Bath/Shower rooms spotlessly cleaned. Sites were generous & hookups were easily accessed. Very nice, helpful staff.

We loved our stay here. The park is well-maintained. The pool and hot tub are great. The sites are large. It is convenient to Telluride, Ouray, and Ridgway. The outside staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Bill. The office staff mixed up our reservation and got the billing screwed up. They never told us we would have to change sites. That would have been helpful to know.

Koa staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not once did anyone wish us a good day or even look at us as they drove past many times. I was also unhappy with my site as it had full view of overflowing garbage dumpsters. When the wind blew our way we smelled it. Upon asking for another site for our 5 day stay, the office staff with no masks ever, said all they could do was refund my money. Rude.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything was clean and in great shape. It was awesome to have a dog park for our pups. The pool looked great- we were bummed we forgot our suits. They had a lot of lawn games available. Unfortunately we got blasted by sprinklers almost all night long and into the morning. That was a bummer and made the stay not as nice.

If you are staying in an RV this would be a nice place to stay, but we were in a tent. The tent sites were the worst that I have ever seen. The first site we were given were practically part of the playground. The second site was next to what looked like a junk yard. No shade, picnic table was three feet from the next site. There was no water nearby. Very friendly staff!

Worst experience in years of traveling. Simply put: mentally unstable man cussed and threatened us, mngr unwillingly to move us (open sites were available), we had to force the issue of a refund receipt (mngr wanted us to leave without a receipt), extremely poor customer service, workampers in premium sites-we were put in the back dump!! Will tell everyone NOT to patronize this place!

We had an amazing time at this KOA. The grass area was perfect for our dogs and for hanging out. It was an easy drive to the Black Canyon National Park

Was very clean and real pretty. Unfounded from our past experiences this koa seemed to crowded The tent sites we so close to out cabin we had to whisper. Way to close! Not more than 20-25 feet from cabin porch.

Great time, well kept, one men's room stall was out of order leaving only two......Maybe get a plumber to fix sooner. Other than that, we enjoyed our 5 day stay

We stayed in the “Hideout” Cabin and it was a most pleasant mini vacation. The whole family was very happy with the layout of the place. Management & staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

There were only 6 tent sites - directly in line of outdoor lighting from a nearby building. Things at this KOA are cramped together and it is not a great location for a campground. Also, nobody seemed to care about social distancing -- it wasn't enforced and there were no signs about it anywhere in the campground. I felt like I was dodging people all weekend. Not tent friendly.

Stopped at this KOA at the last minute after the last two nights at other RV sites had been horrible. What a pleasant relief. The site was clean, level, and shaded. The staff were very nice. Went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. Even brought our 7 year old grandson an ice cream to help him settle in. Over all, a wonderful experience.

We had reserved a deluxe camper cabin over six months ago and we ended up stuck in an odd little hotel room style Rental. We were very disappointed in this as it did not have the ambience as the camper cabin nor did it have the outdoor space. When I approach the front desk about this problem they were extremely defensive and only offered a $12 refund initially.

Great stay-was in cabin number 2. AC works fine for a cabin just leave the door closed. Great pool. Very surprised on how many trees and shady areas there are! Stayed 4 nights

The best KOA yet! This one felt the most like a traditional campground. The management team was wonderful and able to make some adjustments for our stay. Beautiful trees and nice private grassy lots. Very comfortable! I would definitely return.

Great location. Crushed rocks at sites but grass between sites. Sites large and level. Bathrooms, laundry and showers very clean. Pool closed for winter. Would definitely come here again.
