Separation of campsite could have been increased from the next camper since all tent sites were open ( ie. T 6 would have been better then T4 ) otherwise a very nice experience

First time at a KOA. Not a bad experience, but could have been better. The trashy trailer and RV park next door and the liabilities that come with such a place is a primary reason I may not ever stay here again. Too much dodgy stuff going on that spilled over to the KOA. With that said the entire staff were professional and friendly. Also the grounds of the facility get a thumbs up.

Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground is close to town and walking distance to a great BBQ restaurant. It’s only about 30min drive to Black Canyon.

We were missing a lot of the amenities available at other KOAs that had drawn us to stay with you in the past. The pool wasn't open, (COVID) but also the playground was small, and there was no putt putt or kids games or any place for them really to play and enjoy. Unfortunately, because we have kids, this one is off our list. That being said, all staff there was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay until the last evening/night. The campers across from us had "guests" that parked in the road blocking our vehicle in our camp site. They would not move their vehicle for us to leave to run an errand. Later that evening (after 10:30 p.m.) there was some kind of altercation outside between our campsite and the office. A women and man were yelling out each other.

Great location! Suggestion—several sites had Trump flags and signs—would suggest restricting political signage on campsites.

Our plans had to change slightly and they were very accommodating. Very friendly office staff and ground keepers They were always friendly and asking if we needed anything. Our site level, grassy, and with amazing trees.

It was perfect. Super clean facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, the cabin had a heater (which we ended up needing that last night) it was a awesome 3 day weekend!

Nice value. Comfortable. Relatively quiet for the amount of people that were there, especially once nighttime set in. Convenient to the National Park which was the purpose of my visit.

The Montrose KOA was very accommodating to us. We drove over from Denver to pick up a new to us motorhome. Since we were passing the KOA on our way to where the motorhome was, we checked in. So, it was kind of odd to check in without our actual camping equipment. They showed us the spot and then we went and got our motorhome. Only complaint I have is the sites are not as level as they look.

Great staff, lovely park with spacious sites, the cleanest restrooms ever, a great little dog park, and a nice pavilion with clean and easy to use grills! We wil definitely stay here again and will let friends know about this little jewel!

We had a wonderful time. this is our 2nd visit and we will be back. It was clean and well managed. It was also very quiet for being in town.

Very nice staff, clean and neat park. Lots of places to walk the dogs, including a wonderful dog park. Good location to visit downtown, Black Canyon National Park, and several great restaurants and grocery stores. Thank you so much for remaining open during COVID-19 and making us full-timers feel welcome.

Very courteous staff. The staff responded very quickly to a small issue I had with the electrical breaker box at the site. Property is well kept and clean. They do have a K9 play area but it would be nice to see a little larger fenced K9 play area for the travel partners.

Checked in late, no attendant, did paperwork and deposited fee in slot. No provisions to get codes for laundry or shower. No Wi-Fi access code either. Expensive overnite stsy with no ameneties.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Will be staying here again in the future when we are in the Montrose area.

Great location. Crushed rocks at sites but grass between sites. Sites large and level. Bathrooms, laundry and showers very clean. Pool closed for winter. Would definitely come here again.
