We had a fine time here! We enjoyed all of the amenities. Everything seemed very clean, except there were some seasonal bugs in our bungalow that I mentioned to a manager and they said there was nothing they could do for us.

This is a nice park that is very convenient for visiting the town and nearby areas It has a nice playground and a nice pool even though it was not in season for the pool The attendant which was a man riding around in a golf cart was a bit on the rude side

Hosts went out of their way to get our registration straightened out, got us into the cabin quickly even though it was after hours. Unbelievably clean bathrooms! Well done!!

Cabin mattresses are to thin. Stay at KOA often enough to know there is s problem.

Friendly staff and good location. The mattress was very very soft, and there is no heat. The shower heads were positioned out making it difficult to use and not get water on my boots etc. outside the shower.

This is definitely one of the nicer KOA campgrounds. The park and facilities are very clean. The spaces have a nice pad and lawn with trees. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again......

Nice park, small problem with hot tub being locked up when it said it was open...also car or burglar alarms going off in the middle of the night.

Park was nice but site given was unusual shape and difficult to get into in large fifth wheel.

We have been to 1 million campgrounds and I would rate this is one of the nicest. We enjoyed it so much we made a reservation for a night on our trip back home.

Stayed one night. Checked out the Ute Indian museum and Black Canyon. One of the neatest KOA's I've seen.

This is from a tent camping perspective, not an RV. The tent sites were actually okay (flat, accessible) but the location was terrible. It feels they were an after thought and put on the outside of the campground exposed to the public.

Picked this campsite because of proximity to the Black Canyon. Very easy access to our site. Very small store with limited supplies. Bathrooms and laundry rooms required passwords,a modest pain.

This is a very nice RV Park and it is laid out well. All of the staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the Park again if we are in the area.

This is one of the great campgrounds in the U.S. it is well taken care of an we would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

Terrific service. A point for improvement: please put a privacy fence on the back of the property. I was in unit 43 and there is an empty decaying house that is behind the property. Not pleasant and does not add to a feeling of security.

Actually, 5 stars is not enough to award this park. Start with immaculate, beautiful bath facilities; some of the very best I've seen. Big wonderful trees throughout the park. Newly gravelled roads. Site hardware in excellent condition. Super helpful & friendly staff. In a word, this place is a winner. Oh, & not to forget, they have ice cream!

We have been staying here for years. Noticed the grass not being watered like it was. Many unwatered areas. The laundry washing machines soap depenser not cleaned out and the machines not being cleaned out. Sorry to see Debbie retiring she was a good manager

This KOA is one of the nicest ones I’ve seen. It has nice trees for shade and the spacing between sites is very good. The staff was very friendly and the cable TV and Wi-Fi were great. We were close enough to some neighborhoods where we could take our dog for some nice walks without moving the truck. This is important to us but not everyone. We would recommend this KOA when in the Montrose

Great location. Crushed rocks at sites but grass between sites. Sites large and level. Bathrooms, laundry and showers very clean. Pool closed for winter. Would definitely come here again.
