Last minute call and they worked me in. Were VERY helpful and cordial. Facilities are well maintained, updated and clean. Spots are nicely shaded and well manicured.

Really enjoyed our stay. We rented a cabin with our two dogs. The bathrooms are close by and very clean/well lit. Mattresses were tolerable, bedframes are very creaky so we slept separately and had a decent night’s sleep.

I would stay again if in Moab. The campsite is clean with a very nice pool and hot tub. Has the best location to the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Moab is a fun town with a lot to do. The only negative aspect is the sites are very close together. Enjoyed my stay!

I didn’t stay for the two nights I reserved. When I tried to call inform them, the line was closed. In addition, I was charged BOTH the deposit and the second night, despite not ever checking-in. Thus, what is the point of a deposit, if you’re going to charge the full amount anyway. It’s misleading at best.

Really nice KOA. We stayed twice, once on the way to Lake City and then on the way back. Clean, great pet area, trees and helpful staff.

Nice campground. Good location in town. Campsite was very spacious and shaded with large trees. Warning that the trees have some exposed roots in the grassy areas. I thought it was patches of dog poop, but it they weren’t. Will definitely stay again.

Very disappointed with this particular KOA. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. We were welcomed not by a person but with an envelope taped to the office door. Our cabin had an awful smell like urine in it. We actually went to Wal-Mart to purchase an air freshener. We had no access to ice or other amenities we are accustomed to at KOAs. Additionally our neighbors took one look at their cabin and did not stay

I have stayed at Montrose KOA several times and have been pleased (satisfied) with the entire experience each time. The park is well maintained and clean plus the staff are all great people.

Well the guide on the golf cart led us in to our site but as we turned the corner by a cabin a fence post snagged our light and ripped our RV on the sude.We arent happy about that! We feel he should have watched also from behind as he said take a WIDE turn as my husband did.

Best park if you want to stay in that area. Front part is good, back part is next to a not so good mobile home park. They were nice enough to let us move toward the front since we were staying a week. Employees not as friendly as some parks.

Great location. Crushed rocks at sites but grass between sites. Sites large and level. Bathrooms, laundry and showers very clean. Pool closed for winter. Would definitely come here again.
