Everything was great except the Wi-Fi which I just happen to need for a job, unfortunately, but overall was amazing. The people were great. The only place we’ve ever checked in at a KOA where they give you a little gift package with cookies,notepad,& pen which was a unexpected surprise. Those little things that make a big difference. The grounds were neat and clean and we will go back.

Enjoyed our bungalow! The pool, cornhole, grills and nearby downtown shops and dining made the stay perfect.

Was accommodating because of a noisy guest. Took care of the issue. Will definitely stay again. Staff was friendly,.

Had good amenity compared to most other campsite for great price. Also we bought some essentials from their office and price was cheap too.

We arrived late after playing a music gig. There were no other hotels in town available AT ALL. Rented a cabin for 3; twin bunks, and a double bed. The woman and I spoke on the phone prior to coming and she was so so nice. Explained everything. Came in to the light on and all the info ready to go. Had an air conditioner in there unexpectedly which felt and sounded amazing. Slept like a baby.

Bathrooms/showers super clean! Pool was perfect! Tent sites were a little small but we still enjoyed our stay.

very nice cabin, nice staff, very clean bathrooms, very organized! Wish it was a little more off the main road, can here the cars but other than a VERY nice comfortable place to stay

Very nice park. Lots of trees. Everything was clean. Very friendly staff/owners. We spent 2 nights there and really enjoyed it.

Great spot for our overnight stay. This KOA is located on the edge of downtown Montrose and there is a terrific brew pub/restaurant just a few blocks walking distance from the KOA -- a real treat!

Very nice RV park. My only negative comment is about the bathrooms. They were clean and well taken care of, but the shower facilities are subpar relative to other campgrounds. It would be nice if these could be updated.

Cable did not work. I asked to have it fixed but never got a respose. There should be a small refund.

The overall camp was very nice.the tent spot was nit so good.there was no privacy by the side walk and pool. Also,a bright light nearby was disruptive to sleeping

Nice little place. The setting is blah but the park is well kept except for the long term stay area. This is close to Black Canyon (30 minutes).

We loved the staff, the store, the people, location, and cleanliness of the facility. Our concern was just being so incredibly surrounded by so many people. That’s kind of what KOA is about.

Mary & Larry were great hosts. Very accommodating and friendly. Sites had decent space between them. Substantially all pull through. Had grass and trees which meant shade during close to 100 degree days. Location is very convenient to town and attractions. Verizon cell coverage was only a couple bars. Wifi didn’t allow streaming. Was told by several guests to lock everything up due to theft.

We stayed so we could go to Black Canyon of the Gunnison, It was close and convenient. My only complaint was the mattresses were old and very hard.

Loved the lodge, wonderful grounds, loved the big porch. Toilet in lodge could be little bigger. When you sit, the toilet paper roll is sticking you in the side, hard the clean up if you right handed.

Only 3 men’s toilets for the entire campground, and TWO OF THEM were stopped up overflowing in the morning. AND, there was NO SOAP in the men’s bathroom AT ALL. Unforgivable.

We were only at this campground for one night. Our stay, however, was excellent. The weekend staff were the most gracious and accommodating to ensure we were well set up. We will surely stay in this campground again when we are traveling through this area!

The staff was extremely friendly, the campground and amenities were clean. The other campers were very nice and it was definitely great for families. Our cabin was awesome.

Not a very scenic campground. The tent sites back up to some building that leaves their lights on all night. The tent sites are also right next to the playground, which is noisy. The pool was closed during our stay, which we didn’t know before checking in.

Great location. Crushed rocks at sites but grass between sites. Sites large and level. Bathrooms, laundry and showers very clean. Pool closed for winter. Would definitely come here again.
