Very neat and clean. Large spaces with easy entry/exit. Fire pit and wood at only $5 is a nice extra.

Very disappointed this place was in kept No WiFi. All they could say is it’s spotty. Dog area was nothing but weeds and dirt.

We stayed five nights in a travel trailer. Very convenient location for visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray and Telluride. There are some good restaurants in Montrose. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked a nice site at the end of one of the rows. The sites were spaced out and everything seemed well maintained. The pool felt great on a warm summer day. It wasn't overcrowded when we were there. The kids had fun playing on the playground. We'd definitely stay again.

Very clean and well kept rv park. Pool was very nice, the laundry worked well, was clean and check-in office was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice KOA and close to most all the attractions at Montrose. They need a dog park area but other than that it was great. Very nice staff also

An unexpected issue came up in our travels in this area came up which had us scrambling for a place to stay for 2 nights, Mary who answered the phone, to our rescue! She rearranged some of her reservations and got us in! This is a very established and shady campground, found great BBQ around the corner and would definitely stay with these folks again in Montrose�ϋ�

This camp was very clean and well kept! The bathrooms were in excellent condition. Grounds are clean and well groomed. Camp was very quiet!!! Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our traveling questions, and canceling reservations at another campground due to road closures. The campsites were big and spacious and spread out. The campground and pool was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and wish we had gotten to stay longer!

Everything was great except the Wi-Fi which I just happen to need for a job, unfortunately, but overall was amazing. The people were great. The only place we’ve ever checked in at a KOA where they give you a little gift package with cookies,notepad,& pen which was a unexpected surprise. Those little things that make a big difference. The grounds were neat and clean and we will go back.

Great spot for our overnight stay. This KOA is located on the edge of downtown Montrose and there is a terrific brew pub/restaurant just a few blocks walking distance from the KOA -- a real treat!

Very nice RV park. My only negative comment is about the bathrooms. They were clean and well taken care of, but the shower facilities are subpar relative to other campgrounds. It would be nice if these could be updated.

Nice little place. The setting is blah but the park is well kept except for the long term stay area. This is close to Black Canyon (30 minutes).

Mary & Larry were great hosts. Very accommodating and friendly. Sites had decent space between them. Substantially all pull through. Had grass and trees which meant shade during close to 100 degree days. Location is very convenient to town and attractions. Verizon cell coverage was only a couple bars. Wifi didn’t allow streaming. Was told by several guests to lock everything up due to theft.

Great location. Crushed rocks at sites but grass between sites. Sites large and level. Bathrooms, laundry and showers very clean. Pool closed for winter. Would definitely come here again.
