Wifi did not work the first night and then after that is was almost enough to check email. Could not give a 5 with poor internet.

Very nice KOA with large sites that provide some space between rigs. Shaded with large trees, and very level sites for easy set up. Nice location and very quiet park.

Quiet, clean, and friendly park. Convenient in and out and close to the old part of town. Lost star due to wood around sites makes navigation with large rigs difficult.

Very pleasant KOA. The place was nice with only 2 people to take care of it. Enjoyed our stay. .

Office staff was not knowledgeable. Other staff was rude. Other members in our group were told to come to the office. Tried 3 different days and no one was ever there. Sites we were put in were very tight to get our big rigs out of with other rigs in the other sites. Chose thinking it was right by the Black Canyon due to name but was not. Positives- quite and filled propane tank quickly.

We stay here at least 1 time a year and sometimes more depending on where we are going. Always a great place. Trees for shade, a dog park and large sites. What more could you ask for! Oh and they have recycling too.

The park was clean and organized and the and the people friendly and accommodating. The one issue I see as with most “RV camping” parks these days is so many people living long term in them. So many of them do a rather poor job of winterizing and skirting their “campers”. There should be higher standards. Thanks for the overnight stay, Mike and Brenda

Easy access to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. They need to start irrigating...the grass is very dry. Nice expansion of the dog walk area.

Our 2 views while in our site was either a storage facility or a vacant lot. There was no nice place to walk our dog, rough gravel roads is all. Our site was semi overgrown with weeds. The play area was filthy and once again next to a vacant lot with run down cars.

Nice spot with all the amenities. Everything was clean and well cared for or in good shape. Had a hard time finding anyone at the desk or via phone at times.

Very clean. Nice places for groups to meet. Playground. Small dog park, with low fence that a large dog could jump over. But nice land next to it for walking. A bit higher price than most other KOAs.

As far as the park it was fine. The long term guests that we were neighbors to was not enjoyable. Made our stay quite uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to give ALL customers a number to talk to someone at any time day or night. The staff also should consider being in the office during regular business hours and be easily accessible.

The park was clean. My issue is you should have winter rates. The pool- hot tub and park area were not being used by anyone. It was too cold. We got there on a Sunday- paid the same price as a sleeping cabin and only used the power and bath-house.. Although we have always liked KOA- the $55 price for one night is too high. How much is long term camping? Looked like lots of long term campers.

Love it here. 2nd time here. Super clean and well cared for facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you AMY and CHELSEA for everything you did to.make us feel "at home".

Great location. Crushed rocks at sites but grass between sites. Sites large and level. Bathrooms, laundry and showers very clean. Pool closed for winter. Would definitely come here again.
