Wakamow Valley is an urban park located in the heart of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on Treaty 4 Land. The park itself spans over 500 acres, and includes over 20 km of trails.
Regardless of the season, there is always something to do. In winter you can come out and experience skating on the Oval, cross country skiing and snowshoeing; in the summer there's camping, and canoeing or kayaking. If you're looking for something to do year-round why not take a walk along the Maryland and Kinsmen Trail to discover our bird sanctuary or try out disc golf. Within the grounds are four public pavilions, gazebos and a sun shelter – each of these are available for rental for private functions.
