Always love our stay,very clean . Matt is very nice and checks on us to see if we need anything. Highly recommend this campground and always tell my friends and family to stay here. Love KOA

This is an outstanding KOA. It is a smaller park, right on a beautiful river. Many of the sites have shade. The park is extremely well kept and clean. The sites are typical KOA sites, but not too tight. The cable TV was good. The WiFi was so-so as are most campgrounds. We stayed here three weeks and were sorry to leave.

great campground. Our 2 weimeraners loved the very large K9 play area. plenty of room for them to run and play after a long day on the road. Thanks.

pool did not open until 10am. and closed at 7pm early morning hours would have made it possible for adults to swim laps. not enough roads for serious bike riding. river was more like a stream/creek. after day 1 we knew we wanted to depart 2 days early (4 nts., not six) had to pay for 6.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, grounds are well maintained and the spots are excellent.

My Wife & I w\ 2 grandchildren had a great time at the Murphy KOA, well kepy grounds & clean facilities. Only problem was we had to leave a day earlyer than expected. My fault I didn't read the conformation. What I got and what I ask for was different. Nevertheless the staff was friendly. But I wasn' offered any options.

It was absolutely wonderful. Met by the owner helped us park our RV. The camp was beautiful waited into the river had a wonderful time would definitely come back

We had a great stay here for a long weekend with our nieces! Everyone on staff was so nice and we loved the shaded campsite and spending time at the river and the pool. We will be back!

Our site was in a place that really should not have been a camp site. The sewer and well were right outside our door. When we unhooked our sewer hose the smell went into our rv since all sewer passed through our site. Outside our door for sitting was not level and our cooking supplies and chairs slopes downhill. Terrible internet connection. Would not return here.

This location may be a smaller KOA but the staff have huge hearts! It is obvious they enjoy what they do. Matt was so helpful from the minute we pulled in....getting hay to soak up a rain puddle and helping us with a hitch snafu. The grounds are immaculate. We had such a great time we rebooked first a few weeks from now.

My husband and I absolutely adore this campground! It is incredibly peaceful and serene. We love that it’s a smaller campground and has a quaint, family feel. This is our new go-to spot for a weekend getaway!

Clean and Friendly!!! Conveniently located to Murphey, Hayesville, Blueridge and Andrews and all the outdoor recreation available to the area.

Matt and the ladies that help him are wonderful people. They have great restaurant recommendations and take very good care of the grounds. We stayed in cabin #3 and it was wonderful. The river was so peaceful from our porch. We loved this campground as well because it was close to so many things - the casino, the grocery stores (Ingles is highly recommended!) And town

The area was attractive and quiet with the exception of dogs barking (our campsite was right next to the dog area). The WiFi was spotty at best so we primarily used our hotspots. The amenities that were offered were nice however everything was a bit rundown and aged. The staff was very friendly. All things considered we would return.

Fantastic park! We’ve stayed here twice now and love it. Beautiful shaded sites. Park for kids in the middle and a river flowing along the back of the park that we saw some people floating in. Huge dog park and very dog friendly!

I was lead to a fabulous back-in site on the river by one of the staff. Roads are paved and sites are level packed gravel. Park is clean and well maintained. Everyone I met who works there is super helpful and nice. Perfect park to stay and enjoy the surrounding area. I’ll definitely be back!

Loved our week here. The pool was beautiful, very clean and refreshing! You can tube down the river right at the campground! Super friendly and helpful staffs out! They were able to accommodate us for two extra nights! Will definitely stay here again!!

What a wonderful place to stay!! We were ten days on a site along the river and we couldn’t have been happier!! Very clean, Matt works dawn to dusk to keep the park spotless!! The ladies in the office were exceptionally friendly and helpful!!! All the visitors were so kind and friendly!! We will be back!!!

So many nice touches at this campground.. our hosts were more than accommodating I could have sworn Matt had a twin for how hard he was working, and how he seemed to be all over the place, he also gave my husband some hot tips on what was biting in the river. Love this location everything was clean. Inspired my husband and I to buy a campground one day!

Staying at peace valley is like staying with friends. What ever you need they will help you with. A very friendly staff and Matt the owner is one reason we stay here. And looking forward to going back again. we had our family join us and everyone had a great time.

Matt and all the staff were friendly and inviting as always. Great little campground if you just want to get away or use as a base for hiking or visiting the great little towns around it.

Nice and quiet. Not the newest facilities but it is quaint. Little things like small picnic tables at the tent sites make it a 4/5 rating. It is a smaller campground which I enjoyed. The river that runs through it is clean, shallow and fun for people of all ages. The people working there were very nice to us. The location is good for exploration of the area. I would definitely stay here again!!

Matt and the staff at KOA at Murphy/Peace Valley, NC., were very nice and helpful from providing a cable to convert up from 30 amp to 50 amp service for my camper to allowing me to use a tire pressure guage and the compressor to air the tires. I will be recommending the campground to my friends and family. We plan to stay there again in the future.

relaxing! Selene was very accommodating and helpful. cabins were very cute and comfortable although the futon in cabin #2 could use some repairing and the gas grill at cabin #1 needs to be cleaned out to prevent fires. we had a great time!

We have been coming here for a few years. Matt the owner truly cares about his campground and it's evident in the amenities and the changes he makes from one visit to the next. Well the setting and ambiance are breathtaking and I can truly come here to relax and decompress.

One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. We had a spot right on the river which was absolutely gorgeous. Matt & Jenni were wonderful hosts and super friendly. Matt was constantly working picking up garbage, delivering propane tanks and firewood and taking care of the grounds. Campground is well taken care of; clean and beautiful. One of the best things about this campground to us was that their doggie area was over an acre of land. Most campgrounds either have a tiny little run or nothing at all. This was a huge fenced in piece of land where our dogs could run off leash and play. We stayed there during Thanksgiving. Matt & Jenni hosted Thanksgiving dinner for all the campers staying there during the holiday. They provided the turkeys, stuffing, gravy, sweet tea and paper products. Everyone who attended brought a dish to share. I made sweet potato casserole. It was such a wonderful time and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Great folks running the place. Patience, seemed to be their awesomeness! Pretty nice to great campsites. Nice set ups for power, water and cable. Looking forward to a trip back there.
