This may not be the most luxurious KOA that we've stayed at but it has got to be the cleanest and most well-maintained. If there were any complaints, it would be the wifi (but that seems to be the norm among most campgrounds we have stayed at). The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a good, clean place to use as base.

Great location. The staff is very friendly. Up keep of the camp ground is excellent. The sites are a little small. It is a older KOA, but Matt and his crew has upgraded the campground. River side campsite backup right to the river. Lots of shade from the sun. We will be back. We recommend a stay here.

We so enjoyed our weekend! Our site was right on the river and may be my favorite campsite we've ever had! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the area is just beautiful! We will for sure be back!

The entire staff is very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The campground is truly peaceful and the river front sites are fantastic. The best WiFi and cable we’ve experienced so far in 12 campgrounds in 7 states, including a brand new high end (expensive) campground the prior week. This was our second stay here since October. Thank you Matt, Jenni, and Kat! We will be back!

Our only problem was you need a better sign, especially at night! We missed the campground and ended up 5 miles beyond!

We'd love to have a bigger sign. For now, we are at the mercy of the county. For those reading this response... slow way down when your GPS says one mile.

Peaceful, quiet campground with great owners & staff that are very helpful and friendly. Sites are shaded, nice, clean and there is a large dog park for furry friends. Close to Murphy and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay agaIn.

We have been staying at this campground for a long time. We have always enjoyed staying here. The improvements that have been made are really noticeable each year when you return. The staff is very helpful and nice. If you haven’t been there you need to give it a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

An older facility, but spot on clean and well maintained. It is a very quite and relaxed place. We have been here quite a few times in the past and just made reservations again today.

Stayed four nights tent camping with a mixed group of fisherman with tent, truck, cabin living arrangements. Hostess, Co-owners earnestly keep up the place in tip-top shape despite the challenges a nearby river sometimes poses. Looking forward to continuing improvements, thanks Jenny, Matt and Kat

I was there for a week and the staff and hosts are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and neat. The dog play yard is very large and well kept. One suggestion for the dog yard would be a water faucet for the pups to have a drink after a hard run! Great stay!

We have been coming here for a few years. Matt the owner truly cares about his campground and it's evident in the amenities and the changes he makes from one visit to the next. Well the setting and ambiance are breathtaking and I can truly come here to relax and decompress.

One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. We had a spot right on the river which was absolutely gorgeous. Matt & Jenni were wonderful hosts and super friendly. Matt was constantly working picking up garbage, delivering propane tanks and firewood and taking care of the grounds. Campground is well taken care of; clean and beautiful. One of the best things about this campground to us was that their doggie area was over an acre of land. Most campgrounds either have a tiny little run or nothing at all. This was a huge fenced in piece of land where our dogs could run off leash and play. We stayed there during Thanksgiving. Matt & Jenni hosted Thanksgiving dinner for all the campers staying there during the holiday. They provided the turkeys, stuffing, gravy, sweet tea and paper products. Everyone who attended brought a dish to share. I made sweet potato casserole. It was such a wonderful time and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Great folks running the place. Patience, seemed to be their awesomeness! Pretty nice to great campsites. Nice set ups for power, water and cable. Looking forward to a trip back there.
