DO NOT USE GPS! From I-10: Take Exit 223A Williams Blvd (LA 49). Go south on Williams Blvd to the end (LA 48/Jefferson Highway). Turn left & go 3/4 of a mile. We are on the left (Starrett Road). We have a big yellow fence & sign out front. DO NOT USE GPS! GPS will run you down roads that are not RV & travel trailer friendly!

"Celebrate Independence Day at beautiful Lafreniere Park in Metairie at Uncle Sam Jam! Each year, festival-goers look forward to live music, delicious food and great company!
Uncle Sam Jam is a FREE festival featuring top local and national acts and a fireworks show to close out the night.
The concert meadow and its sprawling 155-acre green space are an ideal setting to celebrate the July 4th holiday. Festival Highlights: Live Music and Entertainment. Grab your lawn chairs and blankets and help us celebrate 31 years! Uncle Sam Jam brings a lineup of exciting performances to the Concert Meadow at Lafreniere Park. Fireworks To End The Night. No 4th of July celebration is complete without a big finish. The fireworks show, lighting up the Metairie sky with bursts of color and patriotic spirit, will take place after the headliner finishes their set. (approximately 9:00 pm) Food and Drinks: Come hungry. Local food vendors will be on-site with classic festival fare and Louisiana favorites.

• Parking is first-come, first-served
• There will also be a Gulf Coast Bank shuttle running inside the park throughout the festival. Shuttle service will end at 8 PM. Purchase Your 2026 Tickets. All passes and wristbands will be distributed at the front gate (Downs Blvd. on the Veterans side) upon arrival." ~per their website
