We had a problem with the electric and couldn’t reach anyone after hours left a message and to this day no one cared to call back. Greeting was a day care zoo and disorganized not friendly.

This is the second time we have stayed here on our way home. We spend the winters in Arizona and stop here our last night to get our motor home ready for storage. Very nice setting and camp staff are very helpful. We'll be back again next year.

Only problem was the amount of older trees and falling branches. Was storms and winds that had branches landing on roof. Need to trim trees to help prevent damage to RVs

The facilities seemed like they were in good shape and the crew was working to improve the drive. People were friendly and helpful. Wifi was weak/non-existent. The site had a significant grade to it, so our rear jacks were not extended more than a quarter-inch and our front jacks were so high the tires were off the ground. Not a lot of grass near the sites, although the open areas were nice.

I was deeply disappointed and frustrated that there were no restrooms available for women. None. There was no shower. There was no toilet. I had to pee outside my car in the middle of the night because you provided no accommodations other than a place to park my vehicle. I could have stayed in a rest area and had better accommodations. Never had this experience in 20 years as members.

The bath house was a bright yellow and light blue, being painted a dark battleship grey, making it too dark to see well. The floor was not cleaned in the 3 days I was there and it was gross.

Wifi and cable that was advertised was not operating. Playground not really an option as work was being done all over campground. Fishing area was really not accessible.

We stayed in a motor home with a towed car and didn’t have to unhook. Level gravel site with great water pressure, we will stay here again.

Great camp host. Went the extra mile by leaving facility (laundry) open for us as we were a late check in. Totally committed to improving their campground with updates to facilities. Can’t wait to stay again!

Cable TV Didn't work properly, NO WIFI at all, Other campers DO NOT Clean up there animal Feces as the Pet Area is Sub Par no Grass Rocks only? dogs like grass and nothing Done By Management, other campers throw grease flour and other food items in the road and nothing done by management as we left right at 6:00 wanting to fill propane was told no one is available to fill.

Terrible Shape! Sites not level. Gravel old. Water faucets galvanized and leaning over. Mostly long term units. A disgrace to the KOA system.

We arrived late at night after the office had closed but were able to find a special map laid out for us with our campsite indicated at the front office! We had a wonderfully peaceful evening and hooked up with our RV without a problem! It was easy to navigate and they even had the entire entry drive lit up with Christmas lights! It was like a magical dream :)

Great stay overall and very friendly staff. Only issue was the site wasn't as level as I'm used to with KOA so it took a little maneuvering to get a place where the front wheels stayed on the ground.

People were very friendly. It was out of the way from Gatlinburg and pigeon forge by about 45 minutes. The WiFi didn’t work at our cabin and the phone connection was horrible. That’s not the KOAs fault though. It was nice that there wasn’t a ton of traffic to fight to get there. The cabin was very clean also.

It was for 1 night. Person running desk was ok she stated they was making some changes to please excuse the mess. No problem with that, but sites are TIGHT and we have a small camper. 13.5 ft no slide outs.

Possibly the least liked campground we have stayed at. Truck was blocking our site and made 3 trips around to find it . Not level like it said. 30 amp box had no braker to shut off. Not good for a connection. Water connection to low to the ground, hard to connect. Sorry but that is how I feel. First time I have complained about a campground. Have been camping for over 50 years. I am 82 . Sorry.

It needs signage at the exits so you know which way to turn. Visitors don’t know if Newport is right or left !!!!! The bridge you have to cross going into the park is so narrow and eroding that we thought our tow would go off the side. We are a big rig and have avoided the KOA’s of the world for that reason. Too many full timers who are sketchy. The staff were nice but not very helpful.

Campsite was relatively busy with a few long term residents. Unfortunately, one of these long termers took their dog out and let it defecate in the approach to an empty site. This is not a fault of the campsite but regulars need to be policed to clean up if they have dogs. Anyway, back to the KOA site, we stayed only one night in a FHU so didnt use the facilities but interstate noise is very loud!

Quick and easy off the interstate. Mediocre accommodations at a premium price. I needed a one night stay on a Thursday night. It was the most expensive night of camping in 2021!!!

Ended up selecting this campground because of the wifi connection so my wife could log onto her online classes. Only to get there and have no cable or wifi for three days with no offer of a discount or anything. The spots were so close to each other had to pull the fire ring into the gravel road behind my camper because it was only 2 feet from the camper in front of us. Probably will not return

We had a nice 2 night stay. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The only negative was being next to the propane filling station. It was very busy.

Facilities are pretty old and rundown. Playground area could use some maintenance! Most of the RVs appear to be unoccupied and a few full time residents that had trash and tarps all over making it feel dirty and unsafe. We had no issues but we wouldn't stay there again.

First off the entrance in the exit oh, where are you now come in and out it's got scars from RVs past is tore up the ground. Campsites are not very nice nor are the facilities

New owners worked hard to make our stay a nice one. Ongoing cable problem was not resolved.

The full time residents are rude. We paid over $65 to stay overnight. We left at 7:30 am and while we were putting up the jacks the full time camper resident yelled from inside his camper, “Who in the h_ ll is up leaving at 7:30 am in Sunday morning”. The only person outside our RV was my husband so there was not a person to make any additional noise like talking. Poor Management choices.

Site 35 was not level. The area for dogs was FULL of dog poop.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.

Very nice KOA for tent camping and cabin rentals. We have stayed here several times.
