I was deeply disappointed and frustrated that there were no restrooms available for women. None. There was no shower. There was no toilet. I had to pee outside my car in the middle of the night because you provided no accommodations other than a place to park my vehicle. I could have stayed in a rest area and had better accommodations. Never had this experience in 20 years as members.

Karla is a superb camp hostess and was very accommodating despite a shortage of sites.

We had an awesome stay. Campground is well kept, office people are very friendly and the bathrooms are very clean! It was my first time camping and I absolutely loved it!

Reserved a platform tent site. When we got there we had a small uneven gravel pad. Late arrival so there was nothing I could do. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Newport. The 1st time we were promised a gravel pad with water and electric. Water/elect pole was too far away for our extension cord, plus tent sites have a 30 amp tap on pole. Had a converter this time, but they should warn others

Came in late, no power when hooked up. Called and told a different site with power. Left early the next morning. Loved the free coffee!

Noisy:Park is adjacent to major highway and close to a regional airport. Cleanliness:Unsanitary bathrooms and showers- cleaning substandard especially with COVID. Slippery shower mats due to mold accumulation under the mats. Space:NO PRIVACY! Owner maximized the space resulting to having VERY TIGHT space. Safety:Picnic table on uneven area. Adjacent fire ring too close to our tent.

The site was fantastic- stayed in a tent on a raised wood platform, very comfortable and spacious. Showers were clean and hot. Would absolutely come back.

Nice place friendly staff just our grill was old and rushed and about to break and the fire pit had trash rented 2 sports with electric and was only give one. Power outlet plug

Owners were very nice and helpful; lent me an adaptor for the shore-power outlet; laundry equipment brand new; swimming pool was very nice—but I miss the 9-foot-deep end!

The camp was clean and the workers were very nice. The only thing we didn't like was the highway noise because of the close proximity, but that wouldn't keep us from starying there again. We loved the people working and the amenities provided!

Beautiful campground and wonderful staff that was there for every need (or forgotten item). Really good people all around. The downside was the fact that the campground literally sits next to the interstate and all you hear is “jake braking” of the semi’s all night long. For the light sleepers, it will be difficult to get a restful night sleep.

The site was nice and the grounds are quiet which was nice. The biggest down was the whole stay the bathrooms were dirty. The men’s was worse than the women’s. Either way tent camping the bathhouse are very important and it’s upsetting when there’s only 1 and it’s not cleaned regularly

The people were extremely friendly. The campsite (tent) had a pile of cigarette butts and ash that was approximately a foot in diameter. There was several large pieces of glass at the site also. I appreciated the hot water in the shower but wish the tent sites were further away from the expressway.

They were very helpful and super friendly, even though we got there much later than we anticipated. Everything was very clean, as well! The bonus bundle of free fire wood was also a nice unexpected little bonus. We would definitely recommend this campground.

Phenomenal staff. A bit under-supplied as far as amenities go but understand there's a change in ownership hampering investments right now.

We were tent camping. We weren't thrilled with tent site, as it was gravel. Fortunately, there was a level grassy spot up by the pool that we used instead. Everything else about the place was nice, except for the vehicle noise from the freeway.

The customer service was 110% here. They went above and beyond what a normal campground place goes. Everything was clean. Would definitely go back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was our fire ring hadn't been clean out in sometime.

Gone to this KOA once a year for 3 years now the staff is friendly and the grounds and facilities are the cleanest I've seen at a campsite

Superb level site next to a brook. Lots of amenities and very thoughtful comforts in restroom and placement of pet stations. Some highway noise, but not bad. Beautiful wooded setting. Thank you! Will definitely stay here again

I was camping alone and the staff not only made me feel comfortable and safe, but went above and beyond to meet any needs I had. They were the kindest most generous staff I have ever encountered at a camp ground. I would recommended them and stay there a million times over again!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Was even able to accommodate me when I asked to stay another night. Yes, we were enjoying the peace and quiet so much didn't want to pack up and leave. Also bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen at a campsite.

As soon as we pulled in, we were treated like family. Safe, clean environment. Masks and social distancing. Complimentary firewood bundle. Great place to stay!!���

This was not a Campground. It was an R.V. parking lot 100 feet from the freeway. I was supposed to tent camp for the night but the road noise was so ridicules that I had to leave and find a hotel. I was lead to believe by the website that this was a nice family friendly place, it was far from it. The office closed as soon as I arrived so I just left. It was worth the $37 just to not stay there.

site was loud with the road nearby, pool was a green color, campsite #74 was sloped and slept on steep hill, no flat area to set up.

I have been staying KOA for over 30 years the stay at this campground was one of the worst in my life.filthy bathrooms. cleaned 1x in 4 days the 1 toilet leaked sewerage kids jumping in the pool with sewage on feet.1 bathroom for the whole sitethe pool was green and cloudy neighbor site ran an extension cord across our site to get elect.They never cleaned cabins after 3x use grass was not cut

I stayed in a tent site but mine didnt have water directly ay site like others. Electric outlets are big rv type which dont make sense since tents dont have RVs. Area and people seemed a bit dirty. Lots of road noise.

We stayed for 1 night at a tent site. The site was supposed to have water and electric, of which it had neither. The had a flat section for a tent that was crumbling. Bathroom and showers weee ok, but not great. First time at a Koa and I was not impressed.

We reserved and paid for a tent sight with water and electricity. The pad to set up your tent was washed away, we were to connect electricity and water for the site across from us. That in itself is a joke, but knocking 2 different times, no one answered. As per the check in instructions, we were to let them know before hooking up. We LEFT!

Unfortunately the site is attracted by completely inconsiderate people who yell and honk at 8 am! No respect for those who rest. Then it continued with bikers at 9 am. Just a bunch of trump supporters. Also you can hear the highway located right next to it. Didnt see any info about it on your website or in the reviews. Really disappointed

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
