Friendly Staff. Very close sites. We stayed to visit Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Place was full but friendly campers. Noisey from interstate being close by like all KOAs. Site level, cable included. Good for an Overnight stay.

Loved their laundry and the new great commercial washers and dryers there! It was a friendly and lovely camp site as well!!!

Had a great stay. Far enough away from PF & Gatlinburg (45 min). 30 min to a ton of amazing trails. My kids hooked up to WiFi I’m morning & hiked in afternoon. Everyone was friendly & accommodating. No issue parking our 38ft 5th. Some highway noise but not overpowering or bothersome! Thanks for the hospitality!

A lot of highway noise. No problems with getting level and full hook ups no issues. With a large Class A, it was a little tight coming in through entrance and getting to spot. Glad to see a doggy area.

No one in office worn masks. I felted very unsafe Could not even go into office for supplies. Had to send wife into check in. Wife explained of my high risk. Nothing was even tried to accommodate us. I will not stay again. We have stayed at many different k o a across America and never treated like that. I wonder if they know that there is a pandemic. Or maybe they just don't care. SAD THING

I was camping alone and the staff not only made me feel comfortable and safe, but went above and beyond to meet any needs I had. They were the kindest most generous staff I have ever encountered at a camp ground. I would recommended them and stay there a million times over again!

The staff at front desk was rude. The cabin had no tv, mini fridge, nothing. I stayed at pigeon forge holiday and it was great.

Roads badly needed gravel. The sites were extremely unlevel. Entrance to their road from the highway badly needed asphalt filler...motorhome hitch dragged badly going in and coming out.

Easy access off I-40. A bit of traffic noise in the campground, but the beauty of the trees in their fall colors made the stay delightful.

The cabins were very clean. Courtesy stack of firewood was waiting for us. Staff was exceptional in their professionalism and kindness. Bath houses were also kept very clean. We felt safe despite the pandemic.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Was even able to accommodate me when I asked to stay another night. Yes, we were enjoying the peace and quiet so much didn't want to pack up and leave. Also bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen at a campsite.

while the employees at this KOA were very kind and the property generally well kept, the LOCATION of this campground is terrible. It is a stone's throw from I40 and you constantly hear the highway noise. In addition, there are a lot of permanent/long-term campers on this property and those who stay here are often just for a night (while in route), so it does NOT have a friendly, family vibe.

We absolutely love this KOA! We have stayed here many times and have always had a wonderful experience. Our cabin was super clean and we could tell that it had been disinfected thoroughly. We felt very safe and know that the Newport KOA is doing everything to protect us during this covid-19 pandemic! We will be planning another visit soon and would recommend the Newport KOA very highly!

bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. I did like that the toilets had lids. Cable & WIFi worked well. Sites were not level. Friendly helpful staff.

Best Wi-Fi and Cable we’ve seen in our trip. Nice trees grounds. Near highway so some noise but the technology here makes up for it. Would definitely come back!

We came in late and they left the porch light on, the cabin was heated and had a bundle of firewood for us but didn't use. Very thoughtful!!! Thank you!!! The staff were all friendly saying good morning when we checked out in the morning!!!

A nice and quiet campground with sites that aren't on top of each other. The campground isn't "near the Great Smoky Mountains NP but the travel time is easy. It also is centrally located to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and plenty of things to do.

Our site had a steep incline, it made it difficult to unhook and hook up to our trailer. Sites were very close together, no grass area

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.

Very nice KOA for tent camping and cabin rentals. We have stayed here several times.
